The reality star and boyfriend Eugene Edward Doak were at a gas station in Alabama last Wednesday when police were called in for a disturbance. The two were reportedly having a fight.

According to a spokesperson for Macon County District Attorney’s Office in Alabama, Doak was charged with third-degree domestic violence, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shannon, 39, was charged for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police allegedly found crack cocaine and crack pipe on the "Mama June: From Not to Hot" stars.

Shannon's representatives have made no comment as yet on the matter. She and Doak are due to appear in court on March 27.

Shannon and her family garnered fans when they landed the show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" starring daughter Alana back in 2012. Doak came onto the scene three years ago.

The 43-year-old has already gotten in trouble with the law for things like burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. Despite that, Shannon was eager to marry Doak based on the Season 2 finale of "From Not to Hot."

She gave Doak an ultimatum that they either get married or she would be moving on with her life. Ahead of season 3, it appeared that the two remain unwed, however.

In an Instagram caption, Shannon allegedly stated that the two remain unmarried and that she "overthought about wanting to spend the rest of my life with [Doak] because he makes not just me but the girls happy too and that's what matters the most."

Back in June 2018, Shannon's challenge of going "From Not to Hot" took a backslide as she began losing control of her diet. She went from a size for to a size 12.

The show airs on WE Tv and is slated to air on Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET. The network has also not commented on the arrests.
