Jackée Harry Says Eartha Kitt Once 'Slapped the f%#! outta me' over A Man and Here's Why

Jackée Harry took the prize for the "most surreal encounter" one has had with a celebrity when she shared how Eartha Kitt "slapped" her for sleeping with her man.

The actress, best known for her role on the 90s show "Sister, Sister," joined in on the fun when a journalist asked people to share their stories. Michael Segalov initiated it by asking the question and sharing his own funny experience.

Harry's response, however, went viral. At the start of her tweet, she wrote simply: "Eartha Kitt slapped the f%#! outta me!" The post is found below.

The 62-year-old continued:

"She thought I was sleeping with her boyfriend... which I was, but I didn't know he was taken [exasperated face and broken heart emoji]."

People were eager to know more, and Harry later divulged some more juicy details about the situation. One person said, "Oooh Ms. Jackee you KNOW you gotta run this all the way back to the beginning. We need all the backstory."

“He didn’t just eat the groceries, he restocked the shelves," Harry stated in another tweet, sending followers into an even bigger frenzy. Along with a gif of Harry herself, one person said that "aunty is being too grown."

Persons requested to know the name of the man involved, but Harry kept that part a secret. She described the man as a "dual piano 'playa' " and said that "we didn't know he was going to tickle both of our keys."

Of course, Kitt passed away in 2008 at 81 years old, so we only have one side of the story since Harry won't give away who the mystery man is. Nonetheless, whether or not Kitt would slap Harry is not really being questioned.

The late singer and actress was known for her bold nature and brave tongue. She also sang hits like "Santa Baby" and Where Is My Man." Her admirable willpower was clearly used to give joy and inflict punishment as she saw fit.

Harry learned that the hard way, but it seems the former "227" star is not bitter about what happened in any way. Neither should she be as she has a memorable past consisting of more positive times.

"Sister, Sister" star Tia Mowry reminded her of that when she reunited with Harry and Tim Reid, who was also on the show. Back in September 2018, the three got together to start work on an upcoming film project they'll be doing together.

Mowry posted the nostalgia-inducing photo to Instagram. It had been 18 years since the group was all together, and we can expect to see more of them soon. Harry later shared the news that a "Sister, Sister" reboot was in the works on "The Steve Harvey Show."

Speaking to the host, she called Tia and Tamera Mowry her "babies." Before the show starts though, Tia said there's a hurdle they have to get over. Similarly, we imagine Harry getting over that slap from Kitt was a hurdle, too. It stayed with her all those years, but we're happy she finally shared the hilarious story with us.
