It is no surprise that the Dillards’ always seem to appear in the news, the "Counting On" stars have a routine of surprising their ardent fans, no wonder Jill and Derick Dillard showcased the new development in their lives recently via an Instagram upload.
The couple who happen to have two children declared to the public that they would be moving to a new location.
The pair updated their family blog with the news as well as an Instagram post. The pictures revealed that their former house had been sold, while some other shots graced its viewers with photos of their current address. The caption on Jill’s social media handle reads:

The post received over 20,000 likes and 700 comments. While some fans wished to tap in the excitement, a few others questioned how the couple was able to afford a new place considering that they both have no job, and have been absent on the recent episodes of “Counting On,” and fortunately some fans defended the Dillards’.
Regardless of the sniveling comments from some fans, the family couldn't hide their joy, as they expressed why it was necessary to relocate, and how much planning had been going on before they achieved it. In their words:
“The family is making a move for a relatable reason. We are relocating to Lowell, AR, which is closer to family and more centrally located in Northwest Arkansas.”
Their new residence is not as expensive as some fans may want to comprehend, according to the facts provided by the National Association of Home Builders, a single-family abode was an estimate of $237,760 about two years ago.
The City of Arkansas has one of the highest numbers of affordable housing, with a cost ranging from $175,000 to $398,000.
