Regardless of the sniveling comments from some fans, the family couldn't hide their joy, as they expressed why it was necessary to relocate, and how much planning had been going on before they achieved it. In their words:

“The family is making a move for a relatable reason. We are relocating to Lowell, AR, which is closer to family and more centrally located in Northwest Arkansas.”

Their new residence is not as expensive as some fans may want to comprehend, according to the facts provided by the National Association of Home Builders, a single-family abode was an estimate of $237,760  about two years ago.

The City of Arkansas has one of the highest numbers of affordable housing, with a cost ranging from $175,000 to $398,000.
