As adorable as the cake looked with the images of his sons — Mason and Jake — at the side, the top had a figurine that represented the couple snuggled in bed.

It was a testament to their sex life, which Cibrian described as "Healthy" in an interview. Allegedly, the couple loves to share TMI details about what goes on in their bedroom, and the actor once said they liked to "Keep things interesting."

Before their wedding, the "How Do I Live" singer tweeted that she discovered that the best way to end an argument was to take off her clothes. It seems to have worked for them as they are still together after over seven years of marriage.

Rimes was married to Dean Sheremet for seven years before they separated in 2009. Cibrian also left his wife of nine years and mother of his children, Brandi Glanville.

The couple reportedly had double dates with their former spouses while still married to them, and Glanville noticed the attraction between the then-co-stars.

The father-of-two went for marriage counseling, but it didn't work, and Rimes revealed in a later interview that she felt embarrassed and disgusted with herself at the time.

THEIR CURRENT STATE

The singer has gotten over those feelings and has no regrets about the outcome of their affair. It also turned out that the two had met years earlier when the actress was 14, and the actor was 23, but they had no recollection of it until Cibrian found a photo of the two of them in his garage.

They are committed to their marriage and family, and the "Borrowed" singer told "Fox News" that their family-of-four is well blended now. She gets along with and loves her husband's children very much.
