Cher Demands Trump Be Imprisoned and Assaulted, Then Deletes Her Post but Refuses to Apologize
On Wednesday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller announced that it was “not an option” for his office to charge a sitting president. Legendary singer, Cher, then tweeted demanding Trump’s imprisonment and assault.
In her now-deleted tweet, Cher, 73, revealed that she wanted to see President Donald Trump, 72, sexually assaulted in prison. Her exact words were that she wanted him to be made a “Toy Boy of Big Bubba.”
In the same tweet, she also called for his impeachment.

Her initial tweet on Thursday read:
“Been Giving IMPEACHMENT MUCH Thought Throughout The Day,& I Would *love* 2 See trump Impeached,Brought 2 Trial, *locked* Up In *prison* & Toy Boy Big Bubba!! My Delight In Seeing trump Run Out Of Town On a Rail, Is More Likely *heart* over *brain*. I WANT WHAT'S BEST 4 DEMOCRATS AND DEMOCRACY.”
However, she quickly deleted the post and within a few hours, she posted about the tweet she’d removed. The musician and actress wrote:
“This is Not Apology,It’s a Cher ‘wtf Moment’.Dont Usually Delete My Twts,But Sometimes I Need 2 Check Myself.What I Thought Of As Stupid Joke”On Paper”,Went 2 Far.Think trump Belongs In Jail,but Big Bubba Joke Was Wrong.If I Twt,I Have a Responsibility. THERES IS A LINE NOT 2”
It appeared her tweets were a response to the investigation into Trump by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. During the 2016 presidential elections, Trump was accused of colluding with Russia.
However, in a statement on Wednesday Mueller said the investigation into the Russian collusion never looked at charging Trump. He added: “If there was confidence that the president did not commit a crime we would have said so.”
Cher has since posted a series of tweets calling the president a “liar,” a “racist,” and a “crook.” She insisted that he was a person who would “do anything to win” and accused him of “stealing money from the poor.”
The singer also called on Democrats to either impeach “or win” the 2020 election to get Trump out of the presidency. Cher and Trump just don’t seem to like each other.
In the past, they’ve exchanged heated conversations and words on social media. Cher lashed out at the president in March by calling him “evil” and “up to his neck in corruption.”
In 2015 she claimed he was as “dumb as a mentally challenged fence post.” She added to the post, “you're fired.”
On April 14, the musician wrote a tweet about immigrants stating:
“I Understand Helping struggling Immigrants, but MY CITY (Los Angeles) ISNT TAKING CARE OF ITS OWN.WHAT ABOUT THE 50,000+??Citizens WHO LIVE ON THE STREETS.PPL WHO LIVE BELOW POVERTY LINE,& HUNGRY? If My State Can’t Take Care of Its Own(Many Are VETS)How Can it Take Care Of More.”
For once Trump agreed with her by retweeting her post and saying: “I finally agree with Cher!” The next day, Cher condemned his praise and turned it all around on him.
