Beyonce only recently shared a video that featured her accruing her incredible weight loss to a specially curated 22-day meal plan.

The video ran for about two minutes and started with what looked like a homemade clip featuring the widely acclaimed singer making an introduction.

“Good morning, it's 5 a.m., and this is day one,” Beyonce said while filming with the camera focused on the floor which showed a bathroom scale by her feet.

She took her weight and bent low to tape the result, which was a staggering 175 pounds! It is no wonder she described the moment as “every woman's nightmare.”

At the time of the video, the “Love On Top” singer explained that it was the very first day of rehearsals for her Coachella performance. The event came when Beyonce had only recently birthed her twins, Sir, and Rumi Carter.

It was in a bid to get back in shape for the performance that the award-winning star pulled out all stops. That included exercise, and a well-curated diet.

Tagged the “22 Days Nutrition,” the meal plan was drawn by Beyoncé's trainer, exercise physiologist, and author, Marco Borges. It notably helped the mother of three “adopt a healthier lifestyle,” and the tremendous results caused the star to promote the diet plan personally.

Beyonce extended Borges’ 22-day vegan meal plan to 44 days, and the video featured some of the beautiful meals that were specially made for her. They were strictly vegan as Borges pushed that the diet plan is a “plant-based one.”

Borges explained that it would give Beyonce the strength to juggle motherhood, her extensive training, and meetings for the big show.

“When you’re eating plant-based, you will definitely have more energy; you will definitely sleep better, you’re definitely going to have improved complexion, your mood is going to change completely.” – Borges.

To meet her demanding goals, Queen Bey fervently stuck to the program and as the video documented, hit the gym with Borges regularly. That proved challenging for singer who had delivered her twins via cesarean section.

“Me getting the weight off was so much easier than getting back in shape and my body feeling comfortable,” the stunning entertainer can he beard saying in the video.

The remarkable results made every single bit of effort worth it. A scene from the clip showed the proud mama savoring the moment when she found that she could fit into one of her old tour outfits, “the wonder woman costume.”

“This is a very big deal I'm coming back, she's coming back,” Beyonce excitedly said as the video clip came to a final stop.
