Khloé Kardashian Shuts Down Internet Troll after Joking about Daughter True's 'Vacation Calories'

Khloe Kardashian is fiercely protective of her child. She wasted no time shutting down an internet troll who took a jab at her after joking that, “vacation calories don’t count.”

It’s no secret that Khloe Kardashian, her daughter, True Thompson, sister, Kim Kardashian, and her children, were in the Bahamas for a vacation. The sisters and their children had a lot of fun and documented the memories on social media.

In one of Khloe’s recent posts on Instagram, she shared a photo of True and Chicago drinking water with a straw and snacking on veggie straws and Cheerios, respectively.

The reality star joked about the calories the children were seemingly consuming, writing in the caption,

“Chi: I heard my mama say, ‘Vacation calories don’t count.’ True: Don’t tell me twice, Chi.”

The joke and calorie reference didn’t sit well with some of the KUWTK star’s followers, and a troll wrote in the comment section,

“Omg! A baby doesn’t need to be counting calories.”

Khloe, who never backs down from clapping back on those who set out to mom-shame her, replied,

“Obviously you are not well if you think babies count calories,” adding a rolling eyes emoji at the end.

While the TV star might have responded to the Instagram troll, she had a lot more heat on Twitter on the same issue. While some asked whether she is introducing diet culture to True, and asked Khloe not to do that, others tweeted that calories and babies should not be in the same sentence. One Twitter user wrote,

“… I completely understand that this is a joke, but even things said in passing can have a massive effect on young minds. Be careful what you are teaching; counting calories is rarely a healthy thing, if ever.”

Despite the criticisms, some of Khloe’s followers chose to focus on how cute and adorable True and Chicago looked. One follower commented,

“Double cuteness. I swear these cousins are going to overtake the world when they are older. Such beautiful babies.”

The Good American fashion designer also came under fire for a photo post in which she carried her daughter in front of her while walking on the beach in the Bahamas. A troll commented on the picture with the words,

“You do know your baby isn’t an accessory, right?”

Khloe wasted no time responding to the critic, making it clear that her most significant interest as a mom is to create memories with her daughter.

Whatever people might think about the reality star, she is an excellent parent who puts her child first and celebrates her motherhood every day.
