The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson had back to back medical scares, once while hosting the Billboard Music Awards and a week later at the live shows of "The voice."

Clarkson, the "American Idol" winner, appeared on People's cover story and talked about her new NBC syndicated talk show "The Kelly Clarkson Show." During her appearance, she revealed that she was having a medical issue while hosting the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

CLARKSON SUFFERING FROM APPENDICITIS DURING BILLBOARD AWARDS

Clarkson revealed that she was in pain throughout the awards because of appendicitis, but "didn't want to leave the people hanging." The singer managed to power through and received medical attention at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles the following morning.

She took to Twitter post-surgery and sent out a tweet telling her fans that she was feeling "awesome." Little did she know that another medical emergency was creeping in behind her.

CLARKSON HAS ANOTHER MEDICAL SCARE ON LIVE TV

The second medical emergency happened while Clarkson was on stage, shooting live shows for "The Voice." It was a burst ovarian cyst, and was more painful than the appendix, she said.

“Blake [Shelton] was talking to me and all of a sudden, everything he said just went away and I had to grab his arm and I was like, ‘Something is wrong.'”

The show must go on, so immediately after she mentioned that something was wrong, she turned to the cameras and let out a smile. She also added that the past two weeks were like a "physical domino effect," and it was "funny."

The "American Idol" alum is not showing any signs of slowing down as she intends to be back in "The Voice," for Monday's live show. Juggling between coaching her team, recovering from an appendectomy, and preparing for her talk show that hits the air September 9, Clarkson will have her hands full from now on.
