The FLOTUS looked lovely and festive in a red and white candy cane-striped skirt by Gucci, that stopped beneath her knee. It retails at $1, 980, and features an open pleated slit at the front, which has four red buttons, and the letter "G" on them.
The former model tucked a white sweater which she pulled together at the elbow into the skirt, and had a thin black belt on her waist.

Melania paired the look with red knee-length boots with block heels and wore her signature hairdo with a center-part and wavy tips.
The First Lady is working with Toys for Tots USA, a program of the US Marine Corps, to ensure that every child has a toy under the Christmas tree.

The USMC Toys for Tots has been on for over seven decades, and this year, the FLOTUS joined the military families to spread the holiday cheer within their communities.
Photos shared by the mom-of-one on Twitter showed her meeting and chatting with children, as she helped them pick out toys, and handed out "Be Best" materials to volunteers. The Toys for Tots program started in 1947 by the reservist, Major Bill Hendricks.
It is a non-profit that has about $246, 641, 999 in revenue, and its headquarters is at Triangle, Virginia. It has given out a countless number of toys to children whose parents can't afford to get them anything for Christmas.
