Soul singer Peabo Bryson posed with family in social media photos. The 68-year-old looked the perfect family man as he shows off his wife and little son dressed in matching pajamas.

Last year was a red Christmas for the Brysons. The family of three looked adorable in the Instagram photo shared over the holidays as they rocked matching outfits.

The Christmas day photo, shared by the soul singer, Peabo Bryson, hinted at a beautiful festive season enjoyed with his loved ones, who were all smiles as they posed alongside him.

The picture featured the 68-year-old, dressed in red pullover, worn over red and white striped pants, paired with red stockings, with a matching scarf around his neck. His younger wife, Tanya Boniface, stood beside him carrying their son, both adorned in the same ensemble. He captioned:

A REASON TO CELEBRATE AFTER SURVIVING A HEART SCARE

The Brysons deserved the most momentous Christmas after living through rough times, including the hospitalization of the family patriarch following a mild heart attack suffered at his home in Georgia.

"I don't mind getting up with the little boy. I don't mind changing diapers. I love cooking. It relaxes me."

Gratefully, the singer survived the scare with the help of his medical team and family, to the relief of many, who feared doom for the family, especially his son and 38-year-old bride.

BEING MARRIED TO A YOUNGER WOMAN

The three decades age gap between the 68-year-old and Boniface was no hindrance to the couple's romance. The R&B icon once opened up about their relationship saying:

"Traditional male and female role is a thing of the past if you truly want a relationship to work. You gotta be willing to play all the parts. I don't mind getting up with the little boy. I don't mind changing diapers. I love cooking. It relaxes me."

He also explained that friendship was the foundation of any relationship while attributing "keeping the mystery alive" to the success of their exciting union.

WELCOMING A NEW BABY

The couple's approach to relationship and romance since their 2015 marriage has paid off, with a mini-Bryson to show for it.

It can be recalled that Peabo Bryson, who had a grown-up daughter from a previous relationship, welcomed his first, Robert Kittrick Bryson, with his wife on December 31, 2017.

The lovebirds could not hold back their excitement over the bundle of joy, as they took to social media platforms to announce the baby's birth, tagging him their 2018 "gift."

Several photos of Kit followed after, marking the official introduction of the newborn to the world. The singer was 66 years old at the time of his son's birth.
