In Marlo’s post which featured a photo of her hand holding on to her grandmother’s hand at the hospital, the reality star revealed how happy she was to have been by her Granny Arrie’s side before she died.
“You lived a fill complete life, at 103 you saw it all, I wasn’t ready for you to go, but God was ready for you to come home to him,” she wrote.
Earlier in February, Marlo visited her grandmother in her home in St. Pete Beach, Florida. She shared clips of her Arrie singing and asking Marlo to get her a sewing machine so she can sew some clothes.
She also expressed her gratefulness for her grandmother’s guidance throughout her life.
“You took me in at a time when my young life was in shambles. You were more than a foster parent/grandmother. You showed me an unconditional Love like I knew before.”
Marlo ended her heartbreaking message by telling her grandmother that she will never forget everything she learned from her over the years.
It was only last month when Marlo celebrated her Granny Arrie’s 103rd birthday. She shared a photo and clips from that day where she told her grandmother, “You mean the world to me.”
She also delighted in knowing they were both Aquarians. “I’m so blessed to have been surrounded by so many strong Aquarius women,” she wrote to caption her post. Her late godmother, Mildred was also born in February, she shared.
