Nicole Murphy Urges Fans to Disinfect Everything and Wear Face Mask to Avoid Coronavirus

Eddie Murphy's former wife, Nicole Murphy, has asked people to practice good health hygiene and always wear face masks when outdoor amid the ravaging coronavirus pandemic.

The coronavirus pandemic has become a health issue that continues to ravage the world, and the United States in particular, with the number of infected people in the country now over 300,000.

The deadly virus has led in its trail a high number of casualties, with the death toll arising from the pandemic now at the 90,000-mark globally, with no cure or vaccine in sight.

The only way of preventing oneself from the disease might be to stay indoor and be well protected when going outside; Nicole Murphy, ex-wife of Eddie Murphy, couldn't stress that enough in a video she shared on Instagram

In the video, the mother of five said that with the suggestions that coronavirus could now be airborne, it is important that people wear their masks anytime they go outside, and practice the necessary measures of prevention. In the caption, she wrote

"Reminder here… WEAR YOUR MASK every time you have to go outside. This virus could be Airborne now. Stay 6 feet away from people..."

Concluding her caption, Nicole urged people to stay home and stay safe. Some of Nicole's followers commented on her post, with many of them saying that coronavirus has been airborne for a while, but that no one said anything about it.

Another person said that the virus has been airborne from the start, and that was why it is very contagious. Some others who commented said they usually disinfect their groceries before bringing it into their homes.

Nicole was the latest guest on BET's "Body of Work" show and shared some of her secrets to a good workout regime.

Nicole Murphy isn't just talking but is also practicing what she preaches. The fitness trainer was caught on camera a week ago, stepping out of Los Angeles.

Nicole caught the eye, wearing a mask, a crop top, Adidas beanie cap, jacket and pulled up sweatpants, and high heels. Nicole was on her way back from "Pink Dot," where she went to pick some supplies.

Nicole's fashionable and chic look came after California's death toll from the coronavirus pandemic hit 135. The number of people contracting the virus in the state also continues to rise daily.

At 52 years of age, Nicole Murphy maintains an impressive body shape and fitness that women much younger than she is can only wish for. She is, however, not keeping the secrets of her workout routine to herself.

Nicole was the latest guest on BET's "Body of Work" show and shared some of her secrets to a good workout regime with her fans. The former model revealed that one of the things that gave her an edge was having a gym partner.

She explained that she needed that sort of challenge and competition to keep going at it. Nicole also emphasized the need for a fitness regime to maintain one's physique and remain healthy.
