Melania Trump Dazzles in Chic Red Blouse & Black Pencil Skirt to Mark 2nd 'Be Best' Anniversary
First Lady Melania Trump celebrated the second anniversary of her #BeBest initiative in style and with a smile - even if she had to Zoom to do it in support of Teacher Appreciation Week.
Since the start of the first lady's initiative, she met with almost 4,000 students and been to over 20 classrooms around the world. However, to celebrate the milestone, Melania took to visiting a teacher and her students remotely.

A MOMENT SHARED
Sharing the moment with her followers, Melania posted a picture taken during the Zoom call with first-grade teacher Mrs. Jennifer Horton and her students from the Michigan elementary school Tomek Eastern.
Alongside a picture of Melania stylishly dressed in a red blouse and a black pencil skirt with matching high heels, the first lady wrote that she loved hearing how the Social Emotional Learning curriculum helped improve the daily lives of students.

Melania, who received the annual "Woman of Distinction" award in February this year for her work on the #BeBest initiative, first thanked Mrs. Horton for allowing her to join in on the call before they launched into a quick conversation about the Positivity Project.
THE POSITIVITY PROJECT
The project is a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) technique, and Mrs. Horton and First Lady Melania had the students weigh-in on how they can practically apply what they learn to their daily lives.
With social-distancing regulations in place, Mrs. Horton shared that she had to step up on the creativity with online learning at the order of the day. To keep the children engaged, Mrs. Horton puts an emphasis on making lessons fun during each Zoom call with puppet shows, dancing, jokes, and reading.
To conclude the call, Melania surprised Mrs. Horton and her students with gift items from her #BeBest initiative and shared her heartfelt appreciation for her allowed participation.
SHE'S BEEN A CONSTANT DURING THE PANDEMIC
Melania's initiative focuses on three major issues faced by the children of today, which is their online safety, their well-being, and the dangers of opioid abuse. The aim is to encourage the children to be their best while highlighting the importance of physical, social, and emotional well being.
Throughout the novel coronavirus pandemic, Melania Trump had been a constant on social media offering advice and encouragement to American citizens.
Having reached out to other first ladies around the globe to unite in the global fight against the disease as well, Melania had consistently kept her focus on offering support to children and their parents during this difficult time.
CELEBRATING NATIONAL TEACHER DAY
The Zoom call comes shortly after Melania Trump celebrated National Teacher Day in a similar style by sharing her appreciation for the important work they do.
Even though she swapped the Zoom call for a series of telephone calls to educators, the first lady looked elegant and feminine in a white skirt and pale pink blouse for the occasion.
