Al Roker's Newly Engaged Daughter Courtney Shares Family Photo 2 Days before Seeing Them

Al Rocker’s daughter, Courtney, recently shared a photo of her family on Instagram, as she remains excited to see them.

With the coronavirus pandemic around, seeing family and friends may be a little bit more difficult, which is why getting to see loved ones becomes a blessing and brings excitement.

Al Rocker’s family is about to be reunited as his daughter, Courtney, shared a social media post about her loved ones. Her excitement could be felt through her caption: “Woohoo. Just 2 more days until I see this crew.”

The post comes a few weeks after Courtney announced her engagement to Wesley Laga on Instagram, flashing her big sparkling ring.

The newly engaged couple initially planned to fly to Paris but had to cancel their vacation due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, Laga “brought Paris” to his girlfriend and proposed to her with a beautiful setup.

Although a few people criticized the diet, Al Roher believes that taking on the program should be a decision left to individuals.

“I said yes to be best friend last night and I am over the moon!” she shared. “Thank you Wes for making me your partner in crime for life.”

Al Roker once shared about his daughter and her passion for cooking, which started as early as age six or seven.

By the time she was in sophomore year in college, Courtney had stood up to her parents and said she wanted to go to culinary school instead, to follow her dream.

Her choice led Courtney to the right path and eventually got her a job as a chef at Google, where she manages their restaurant. Courtney also owns her own catering company, which her parents are proud of.

TAKING CARE OF HIS HEALTH

As his children continue to grow up and he grows old, Al Roker looks after his health and tries to stay in shape.

Last year, the anchor shared his incredible 40-pound weight loss under a Keto diet, which also helped stabilize his cholesterol.

Although a few people criticized the diet, Al Roher believes that taking on the program should be a decision left to individuals.

“What works for you works for you,” he shared. “I think it’s up to people, with their doctor, with their medical professional.” It seems that the diet worked well for the television personality as it did with others.
