In a post captioned simply "Lately," Seacrest, 50, shared a photo carousel capturing both calm and active moments—feeding his dogs, lounging indoors, working out, and spending time in nature.

In one image, Seacrest wears navy silk pajamas and holds a large bowl of food, seemingly prepared for his dogs, while standing in what appears to be a kitchen.

He's also pictured smiling widely from behind the wheel of a car, wearing a white T-shirt, sunglasses, and a straw fedora. In another, he appears mid-workout, lifting a dumbbell in an open-air gym, dressed in black athletic gear and earbuds.

One close-up shows him reclining indoors in a beige shirt, his face appearing noticeably slimmer. Another image places him on a wooden deck, hands in his pockets, dressed in matching tan with a forested backdrop.

Reactions in the comment section were mixed, with several expressing concern about Seacrest's appearance. "What is going on here!?! Something looks off. 🙌🏻," one Instagram follower observed. A second wrote, "He looks frail to me😢 I hope he's doing ok!" and another typed, "Looking weak and frail you ok?"

More concerns about his weight appeared in the comments. "Ryan you're getting too skinny!😊❤️," remarked another follower. Someone else shared, "Ryan I adore you , But … the big BUT…….. You are looking too thin . Sometimes being too thin can age a person [sic]."

One commenter added, "Ryan, I respect your love for fitness and eating well… But you're looking pretty gaunt 😏 but you look happy, which is fantastic!"

Others, however, offered praise and support. One fan gushed, "Looking great, fit and happy!! ❤️" while another commented, "Lookin good Ryan 👏🔥😍."

A more thoughtful response defended Seacrest, stating, "I just think it's rude to tell someone they are too skinny. I get told this a lot and I cannot help it with medication I am on. Be positive and encouraging, y'all [sic]."

Seacrest, meanwhile, has previously spoken about his approach to aging and health. In an October 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight, he said, "I feel good because I can't believe I'm turning 50. I'm doing everything I can to make myself feel like I'm not 50."

Seacrest shared that he had been pushing himself physically, maintaining a strict diet, and committing to an intense training routine. He added he's doing everything he can to make himself "feel 29 again."

The TV host's healthy routine was also highlighted in a May 2023 People article.

"One of the things that I've done in the last two months is I've slept in the same time zone. I have not done that over a period of two weeks in six years," Seacrest said, referring to his former routine of flying between New York and California. "So just being on the same side of the country for an extended period of time has been life changing [sic]."

Seacrest noted that life in Los Angeles has allowed him to slow down, no longer needing to rush through the busy streets of Manhattan to reach a morning show.

His new routine includes quieter mornings at home, where he starts the day in his slippers, brews his own coffee from fresh beans, and begins with an unusual health habit — a daily shot of olive oil before his coffee.

Seacrest also shared, "I don't eat a ton of meat." He explained that he makes occasional exceptions, such as when he's at a top-tier restaurant with a signature dish or traveling and experiencing local cuisine. While he doesn't strictly limit himself, he aims to stick to a Mediterranean diet in his everyday life.

Despite stepping back from "Live with Kelly and Ryan," Seacrest continues to lead a packed schedule with "American Idol," "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," and "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve."

In June 2023, Seacrest was announced as the new host of "Wheel of Fortune," succeeding Pat Sajak after his four-decade run. In a statement shared on Instagram, Seacrest said he was "truly humbled" to step into Sajak's role.

He reflected the long-standing legacy of Sajak and his co-host Vanna White, emphasizing how their presence on television for four decades brought joy to audiences and created a sense of familiarity and comfort in homes across the country.

Following his statement, many fans reportedly shared their thoughts on his retirement by commenting on the tweet. Some commended his impressive career, and others said they would miss him.
