The Sun revealed that one of Beth and Duane’s friends, Richard Moore, reflected on a particular moment he shared with the couple before Beth died from cancer, last year.

Duane posted a throwback image of Beth enjoying Mother's Day on a boat, ahead of the 2020 Mother’s Day celebration.

Along with a picture with the couple, the Bounty Hunter team member wrote that it was the last dinner that he had with the duo during the time that Beth and his father were battling cancer. While stating that the late reality star and his father talked about what they were each going through, Richard added:

"This is also when she told me that the end was near and asked me to make sure I was there for @duanedogchapman.”

The "Dog the Bounty Hunter" star’s death had shocked everybody, especially her husband, who talked about his loss during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

USA Today recalled that Beth died from Stage 4 lung cancer in June 2019, after battling with the disease for some years.

Before her death, the bounty hunter had been taken to the intensive care unit (ICU) at a Hawaii hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma.

After her death, her family planned two memorial services with the first one held on June 29. The service was opened to all, so that Beth’s fans and followers could partake in sending Beth off in “true Hawaiian style, with aloha.”

The second service was scheduled to be held in Aurora, Colorado, which Duane told fans would be a chance to "tuck (Beth) in, tell her goodnight, for she sleepeth." Since her passing, her family has had to mark several milestones, which reminded them of her.

Earlier this month, People reported that Duane posted a throwback image of Beth enjoying Mother's Day on a boat, ahead of the 2020 Mother’s Day celebration.

The Instagram picture showed Beth rocking a flower crown as she relaxed in the boat's onboard jacuzzi. This year’s celebration would be the first Mother's Day that Duane celebrated without his late wife and show partner by his side.
