Cassel met the Italian actress on the set of Gilles Mimouni's 1996 film "The Apartment," and the pair struck it off. They dated for close to 4 years before deciding to tie the knot in a cozy private ceremony, in Monaco.

Cassel and Belluci share two daughters, Deva and Leonie. They announced their divorce in a statement that revealed that they had mutually agreed to part ways.

Cassel's spokesperson allegedly revealed that the French actor confirmed his separation from Monica Bellucci.

Kunakey was pictured smiling after the ceremony, wearing a custom Vera Wang wedding dress. The gorgeous model gave birth to the couple's first child, Amazonie, in April 2019.
