Alyssa Milano's 11-Year-Old Daughter Sparks Reactions with Her Striking Resemblance to Her Dad – Photos

A simple Instagram post from a proud mom turned into a heated debate — and fans are not holding back their opinions.

Alyssa Milano set the internet buzzing on Saturday, May 9, when she shared a side-by-side snapshot on Instagram comparing herself as a young teenager to her 11-year-old daughter, Elizabella.

The left side of the post featured a throwback image of Alyssa from her iconic "Alyssa Milano's Teen Steam" era — a wide-eyed, curly-haired teen in a cropped pink top and button-adorned high-waisted jeans, full of 80s charm.

On the right, Elizabella stood confidently on what appeared to be a sports court, dressed in a hot pink tank top, vibrant zebra-print leggings, and white Adidas sneakers, her hair swept up with a black hair accessory.

"My girl," Alyssa captioned it simply.

And yet, the resemblance she appeared to be hinting at? Fans had a lot of thoughts — and most of them pointed in a very different direction.

"Does not look like you," one commenter stated bluntly, pulling no punches. "They are not twinning at all. They are both beautiful but do not look alike," another chimed in, refusing to sugarcoat it.

A third commenter cut straight to the chase, declaring warmly, "She looks like her daddy." A fourth, equal parts baffled and charmed, marveled, "I must be blind because, although she is adorable, I don't think you two look anything alike 🤷🏼‍♀️."

Perhaps the most entertainingly diplomatic of the bunch put it this way, "Both beautiful but shes her dads twin 😂😍 Your genes tried its best though ❤️ [sic]."

Alyssa, 53, is no stranger to the spotlight. The actress rose to fame as a child star on "Who's the Boss?" before going on to star in hit series including "Charmed" and "Mistresses."

She welcomed Elizabella — full name Elizabella Dylan Bugliari — in September 2014, her second child with husband David Bugliari. The baby weighed 7 lbs, 7 oz at birth, and Alyssa's rep confirmed to ABC News at the time that "mommy and baby are doing wonderfully."

Elizabella's arrival completed the family Alyssa and David had been building since they married in August 2009.

The couple exchanged vows at David's family estate in New Jersey in a romantic garden ceremony, with Alyssa walking down an aisle strewn with cream-colored rose petals to the tune of John Lennon's "Imagine," dressed in a custom Vera Wang gown. Their son, Milo Thomas Bugliari, had arrived in 2011, making Elizabella the younger of the two siblings.

The couple's path to the altar was itself a charming Hollywood story. Alyssa and David — a talent agent at the Creative Artists Agency — first crossed paths when she was signed to his agency.

It was mutual friend and actor Milo Ventimiglia who gave them the push they needed. "I used to confide in Milo Ventimiglia and say, 'Is that weird if I date an agent that's at my agency?'" Alyssa told People in 2017.

"And he was very, like, 'No, if you're compatible, you should go for it.' So I feel like he was responsible for my husband and me getting together."

David proposed in December 2008, and the rest, as they say, is history. Nearly 17 years later, the couple are still going strong. Speaking to People at the Calamigos Ranch Resort & Spa Leading Hotels of the World Accreditation Celebration in Malibu on May 1, Alyssa reflected warmly on their marriage.

"Is it 17 or 18?" she laughed. "We don't remember if it's 17 or 18. It's amazing. He makes me laugh harder than any human being on the planet."

She added that the secret to their lasting bond is his ability to grow alongside her:

"I think that he has consistently found new ways to love the different incarnations of who I am. It's just been beautiful getting to spend life with him."

On their 16th anniversary in August 2025, Alyssa marked the occasion with a heartfelt Instagram tribute alongside a black-and-white wedding photo, writing, "Sixteen years, @dbugliari! Our love is the life we made in between the big moments. You're in every good memory I have and your hand is still my favorite place."

Whether Elizabella inherited her mother's nose or her father's eyes may remain a matter of spirited debate — but one thing fans universally agreed on is that the young girl is absolutely stunning. Alyssa, for her part, seemed simply happy to share the moment, letting the image speak for itself.
