Craig Melvin and Lindsay Czarniak's Daughter Visits Dentist for the 1st Time in a While

While being successful reporters, in news and sports, the couple has managed very well to also raise a beautiful family. Pictures of them and their two kids all over Czarniak’s social media show how lovely they are together.

Amid quarantine, sports reporter Lindsay Czarniak is making sure to share as many moments and adventures she has with her beautiful children as she can. Recently, she posted a series of photos to share her kids’ trip to the dentist.

In the pictures, she takes a selfie with her daughter Sibyl, while the girl is sitting on her mom’s lap while waiting for the doctor to arrive. Next to the photos, she comments on the new way to go to the doctor, referring to using a mask in the room. She wrote:

“First dentist trip in awhile for this one. (...) funny and uplifting how resilient kids are.”

There is no doubt that besides being successful and well known, Czarniak and her husband, news anchor Craig Melvin, are raising a beautiful family. They met in 2008 while both working on NBC, he as a news anchor, and she was just coming back from covering the Beijing Olympics. So it all started in the news world.

They had a three-year relationship until they decided to marry in 2011 in D.C. Three years later, they welcomed their first child together, a son called Delano, after Melvin’s middle name. Two years later, their second child was born, a daughter named Sybil "Sibby" Ann. “Sibby”, was the name given by Del to his then soon-to-be sister.

THE JOURNALISTS

Melvin became a Today’s morning weekdays anchor, right after he co-hosted the Saturday morning Today’s show. In the past, he has also worked as an NBC4 anchor and is a reporter and anchor on MSNBC as well.

More recently, Czarniak hosts a podcast called “Players”, in which she interviews famous sports players, but before that, she worked for NBC and was part of the sportscaster team for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

She also worked with ESPN as a SportsCenter anchor for six years, from 2011 to 2017, right after having worked with WRC-TV. Additionally, in 2018 she was part CNN network’s sports team.

She is also a funny mom, who is always sharing her sense of humor with her fans through her Instagram. Both, Melvin and Czarniak, are beloved and successful couples who know how to balance their careers with their personal lives and family.
