Serena Williams Reveals Daughter Olympia Is a Fashionista and Dresses Her and Alexis Ohanian Sr

Olympia Ohanian may not be as athletic as her mother yet, but she shows signs of being a fashionista who already wears heels at age two and a half.

Olympia Ohanian is often the subject of her mom, Serena Williams’ Instagram account, allowing fans and followers to see her grow up.

In an interview with PEOPLE, the tennis champion revealed that her daughter, who is two and a half years old, is already a fashionista in her own way.

THE LITTLE STYLIST

Williams noted that her little girl dresses the athlete and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, every day. She shared her daughter’s routine:

“She’ll set up before bed what we need to wear in the morning, and she says, ‘blue shirt, blue shirt, blue shirt,’ and then she goes, ‘Mama wear this or these shoes.’ She’s currently wearing heels.”

Olympia is also a fan of wearing matching clothing with her mom, immediately changing to something similar when she sees Williams wearing clothing she has.

OHANIAN RESIGNS FROM REDDIT

Olympia’s father recently announced his resignation from his company, Reddit, which was established over a decade ago.

In an Instagram post, Ohanian, a white man, said he “urged” the board to bring a black candidate to his seat. He added that he “will use future gains on my Reddit stock to serve the black community.”

Williams invited Ohanian to watch her game after her group of friends pulled a prank on him, and things started to go uphill for their relationship.

His wife was in full support of the resignation and expressed her happiness on Twitter. “So proud of you,” she wrote.

WILLIAMS AND OHANIAN’S LOVE STORY

The couple met in 2015, while the tennis star was in Rome for the Italian Open match, and the businessman was to deliver a speech at the Festival of Media Global Conference.

Williams invited Ohanian to watch her game after her group of friends pulled a prank on him, and things started to go uphill for their relationship.

Nearly a year after dating, Ohanian proposed in the hotel where they met and tied the knot in November 2017.

Since the first day they met, the couple has been supporting each other in their respective careers. Now, with a daughter in the picture, they have been great and loving parents.
