MOM AND CHILDREN MOMENTS
Many of Mowry's posts are posts with her children: her 8-year-old son Cree and her 2-year-old daughter Cairo. In them, she shares adorable family moments through videos and photos where her children are seen in different activities.
Mowry has been very outspoken in commenting on the work it means to have a balanced life between being a mother and her professional career. During her youth she devoted herself to studying and her career, waiting until she was thirty to start a family.
One of the most joyous posts the actress has shared in this pandemic time has been regarding her daughter Cairo's 2nd birthday.
The photos show a huge column of pink balloons and the four of them gathered. The birthday girl looked adorable in a white tutu dress. During the celebration, they shared sweets treats and a beautiful cake.
These months have been very difficult for Mowry because for her, sharing with her relatives, especially her twin sister Tamera Mowry, her other brothers, and her parents are very important. The world pandemic situation has required a social distancing that prevents family reunions.
During an interview a few months ago, the actress's voice cracked and her eyes filled with tears when she admitted that it has been very difficult for her to be away from her relatives because they are very close.
Mowry commented that while she and her sister Tamera were growing up, they had uncomfortable moments facing the reality of being daughters of a biracial marriage. On the occasion of the protests over the deaths of members of the African American community, Tia made an Instagram publication.
In it, you can see the twins with their mother in the middle while Tia reflects on what it was like to be daughters of a biracial marriage and see how the treatment towards her mother was one and towards her father was another very different one.
