A new challenge is going viral on Instagram as women tag each other in the Women Supporting Women Challenge. This new challenge is all about women empowering each other in a universal sisterhood by posting black and white portraits of themselves on Instagram.

Among the dozens of celebrities accepting the challenge is Vanessa Bryant, the widow of NBA legend Kobe Bryant who passed away in January 2020 along with their daughter Gianna,13, and 7 others in a horrific chopper accident on the hills of Calabassas. If anyone knows what it's like to be a woman challenged by fate, it's Bryant.

DEALING WITH GRIEF

Bryant admits that she is still dealing with the grief of losing her husband and her daughter and recently shared the poignant moment she rediscovered a romantic gift from Kobe - a dress identical to one worn by "Sex and the City" character Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Bryant is focused on helping her three surviving daughters, Natalia, Capri, and Bianka through the double loss of their father and their sister while coping with her own pain. And still, this amazing lady finds it in her heart to reach out to others.
