YouTube Star Landon Clifford Dies at 19 — His Wife Speaks Out About His Tragic Death

Camryn Clifford, the wife of Landon Clifford, a well-known YouTube star and teen dad who died at age 19, revealed the circumstances surrounding her husband's death in a recent video on YouTube.

Camryn Clifford, the wife of Landon Clifford, who died at 19 after six days in a coma, released a video recently, where she detailed the nature of his death. In the video, Camryn said:

"This is surely going to be the hardest video I would ever have to make."

Before she explained how Landon died, she disclosed that he struggled with clinical depression, anxiety, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She also stated how important it is for her to share the story saying it was an important story, and it was her job to tell it.

Camryn explained that her husband started falling into depression at the conception of Delilah — their second child — adding that several factors were contributing negatively to his mental health.

Due to the mental issues Landon was facing, he visited a psychiatrist to whom he explained his problems with focusing, panic attacks, and clinical depression.

However, Landon became addicted to prescribed medications. He took his ADHD drugs in the morning in order for him to be happy and his anti-anxiety medicines at night to stay calm and sleep instead of taking it only when he has panic attacks.

He did not return after thirty minutes, only to be found in the garage where he had taken his own life.

As Landon continued the drug abuse to feel the drugs' effects without his wife's awareness, Camryn had also started getting affected by depression.

After Delilah's birth, the couple felt the bliss of a new baby shortly. Unknown to them that the reality of having two children was more than the joy of safe delivery. She said:

"The adjustment of having two children hit us hard."

Afterward, the couple separated temporarily and stayed with their parents to improve their mental health. They later got reunited with healthier habits while Landon continued using only his antidepressants.

Camryn said August 13 was the last day she spent with Landon. He said he wanted to bath but didn't return after thirty minutes, only for Camry to find his lifeless body hung in the garage where he had died by suicide.

Camryn said, in her closing remark, that all she can do now is to make sure the children know how much Landon loved them while he was alive. According to Camryn, his organs were donated after his death.

This is not the first time Youtube stars will die at a tender age, as it was reported that there had been over five deaths in the last two years.

Camryn and Landon married in June 2019. Though Landon's life ended tragically, Camryn will hold on to the memories they shared and try to raise their kids right.
