Heidi Klum Has a Gorgeous Home — Peek inside the Model's Lavish Property

The “Project Runway” host and producer knows how to live a posh life in her luxurious house where she lives with her four children. For her, style is not only on the runway and cover magazines, but she brings it home as well.

47-year-old Top Model Heidi Klum lives in an astonishing mansion in Bel Air that anyone could wish for. Some of the photos she has shared on her Instagram show the lavish place where she lives with her husband since 2019, 31-year-old Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz, and her four kids.

Klum bought the 11,000 square-foot property in 2014 and it was valued at $10 million. The place is located on a four-acre land inside a small private community. The view from the house and the wonderful oasis-like backyard make the place even more special.

The residence has been the perfect spot for the “America’s Got Talent” host and her four kids. Helene, Henry, Johan, and Lou have been enjoying their comfortable home, even though quarantine has kept them inside more than expected. Fortunately, there is enough room for everyone.

The German-born TV personality’s house features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms so that none of the kids argue over shower time. Klum’s master bedroom has an elegant king-sized bed and some artwork decorating the space.

Inside the house, there are several living rooms and dining areas that work well for any stylish dinner or a kid’s party. It also features tons of space for the younger to play around and do their school homework as well. Klum also made sure to have her own gym and dance studio for her private lessons.

However, the house’s real magic is in the backyard where the family spends lots of time. The residence features a big pool, a lounge area to chill out, and even an open space that was turned into an art studio. There is also an outdoor oven ready to cook their favorite kind of pizza any time, and a playground where the kids can safely have fun with their pets.
