'Marvel' Star Zoe Saldana's 3 Long-Haired Sons Chill by the Lake — Here's the Sweet Picture

The “Avengers: Endgame” star is a very conscious mother that does everything to protect her children and to balance work and motherhood. She regularly shares her parenting and life wisdom in social media.

42-year-old actress Zoe Saldana is the proud mother of three children that she shares with her husband of seven years. They are her biggest achievement and joy. She constantly shares snapshots of her boys on social media.

Recently, on October 1, 2020, Saldana once again took to her Instagram feed to not only share a beautiful photograph of her three sons but also spread some of the wisdom she gets from what she reads.

In the picture, Saldana’s sons, 5-year-old twins Cy and Bowie and 3-year-old Zen, appear sitting on a bench in front of a lake. The three boys are photographed from behind to leave their long hair visible.

Saldana accompanied the sweet picture with a quote by spiritual writer, Jiddu Krishnamurti that stresses the positive aspects of being alone.

“It's beautiful to be alone. To be alone does not mean to be lonely. It means the mind is not influenced and contaminated by society."

PROTECTING HER CHILDREN’S FUTURE

Apart from enjoying giving her fans a glimpse of her day-to-day life with her children, Saldana recently featured a photo of her sons as part of a campaign to prompt mothers to vote with the best interest of their children’s future in mind.

On September 1, 2020, Saldana took to Instagram to take part in the initiative #VoteLikeAMadre, joining other celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, and Jessica Alba in this campaign to address climate change and US politics.

“To ensure I can protect my kids’ futures, I am taking a stand against climate change and making a pinky promise to #VoteLikeAMAdre,” Saldana captioned an image of herself and her three long-haired boys wearing surfing suits on a beach.

NOT HAVING MORE CHILDREN

As Saldana recently revealed, she and her husband, 41-year-old Italian artist Marco Perego are done with bringing any more children into this world, especially considering that both their careers force the family to be constantly on the move.

Both parents hold their children as the highest priority, and in order to keep putting them first while still working on their busy schedules, the couple doesn't want to have more children than they can handle.

“Bringing more children into an already hectic and full life just feels a bit irresponsible for us,” Saldana told People magazine in April 2019.

Saldana and Perego are very involved in raising their children, as they believe that no one else is going to take care of them or even feed them as well as their own parents, so it makes sense for them to stay a party-of-five to make things work.
