Actress and “Dancing With the Stars” alum Brooke Burke opened up about the secret to her amazing physique and shared tips for a healthy lifestyle.
For a long time, fans have marveled at Brooke Burke’s excellent and flawless physique. Now, they have her secret. The actress credited her healthy lifestyle for her youthful beauty in a recent exclusive with Closer Weekly. She revealed:
“Health and wellness is a big part of my lifestyle. There’s [sic] little bits and pieces of things along the way that really help.”
The 49-year-old beauty added that she practices intermittent fasting as well, and revealed that she frequently shares several recipes for healthy eating on her website and her app.
The DWTS alum also shared philosophies on her app, Brooke Burke Body, a fitness app she created to share fun and fresh workouts for her adoring followers to join in on.
The fitness enthusiast admitted that being able to connect with her followers helped her to be honest and accountable with her own fitness journey.
She also revealed that she had been holding virtual “teaching classes” from the comfort of her backyard amid the pandemic. She emphasized the importance of learning how to adjust and live differently while creating that valuable community feeling and connection.
Burke also makes sure to keep her motivation up as she is trying to lead by example.
Although Burke loved offering various fitness levels to other women and providing them with a community of support, what the actress loved most is how good her body feels when she exercises.
She shared that she loves lifting weights and doing cardio but also knows the importance of working out smarter and efficiently with target toning. She believes greatly in body sculpting.
The actress, who is a mom of four, has been homeschooling her kids amid the pandemic. Burke also makes sure to keep her motivation up as she is trying to lead by example for her four kids, Neriah, Sierra, Heaven, and Shaya.
She added that she believes a lot in keeping her kids fit and agile; it is important for their health. In 2019, she exclusively shared her target toning techniques and routine with Us Magazine.
Still heavily reliant on her belief in body sculpting, the actress showed a routine consisting of kneeling rear leg lifts, modified push-ups, weighted shoulder presses, and modified kneeling crunches.
Concerning her diet, Burke told Women’s Health Magazine that she swore by intermittent fasting. It was her secret weapon, in fact.
She switched to the 16:8 intermittent fasting diet years ago, and she never regretted her decision. The pandemic has nothing on Burke's love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
