On Monday, Al Roker, 66, returned to Studio 1A at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. He was welcomed on set by his “Today” show colleagues Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Carson Daly, and Craig Melvin.

The weatherman noted how no cancer was found in his prostate or elsewhere in his body. He explained how he would need to go for frequent tests and checkups for the next five years to make sure the disease didn’t come back.

On Thursday, November 26, 2020, the co-host took part in co-hosting the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He hosted the event with the help of Guthrie and Kotb.

Another image showed the weatherman together with the "Butter Man." The co-host appeared to be having fun with the character after last year’s playful feud during the Thanksgiving special.
