Brandy Thanks Fans for Millions of Spotify Streams in a Heartfelt Tweet

2020 may be a gloomy year to many but the year has been tremendously great for R&B singer Brandy. Despite her long hiatus from the music scene, many fans continue to support her career.

Former child star Brandy was overwhelmed with joy because many people enjoy her music. She was surprised to learn that she gained millions of streams on Spotify. She took to Twitter to express her happiness:

"Thank you for listening and allowing me to pour my heart into these songs. We’re forever connected through music. All my liiiife."

BRANDY'S IMPRESSIVE FEAT

According to her Spotify record this year, Brandy’s music generated 148.2 million streams, which was equivalent to 8.9 million listening hours.

Even though the 41-year-old R&B songstress took an eight-year break from music, Brandy was surprised that she had 21.9 million listeners across 92 countries.

It was an incredible feat for the “Moesha” star and she’s grateful that a lot of people loved her music. Many fans took to the comment section to congratulate the iconic singer.

LOVING BRANDY'S "B7" ALBUM

One Twitter user commented that Brandy deserved her latest achievement, while another fan wrote that her song "All My Life" was one of his favorite tracks from the Grammy-winning artist.

Another Twitter user admitted that he has been streaming Brandy’s incredible music. Some other users assured Brandy that they will keep streaming it.

Many more fans expressed their love for Brandy’s songs. Another user shared that the R&B artist is the "Undisputed Queen" in their house and will always be his favorite singer.

Brandy’s song "All My Life" from her latest album “B7” has been a fan favorite ever since its release early this year. She said she put all her heart and soul into her new album.

Now that she’s back in the music scene, Brandy, who released 15 tracks under "B7," said that she has completely evolved as a human being and a woman and now feels like a "solid person."

Fans recently raved online about Brandy’s fiery performance at the 2020 Soul Train Awards.

A BRANDY-SOLANGE MUSIC COLLAB?

Brandy landed her first singing deal in 1993 and released her self-titled debut album the following year. The acclaimed album was certified quadruple platinum.

After “B7,” Brandy recently teased fans about her collaboration with Solange Knowles, who was among those who listened to her latest album and was completely blown away by her voice.

Fans who found Brandy’s tweet mentioning Knowles grew excited. But for now, they will just have to wait for both singers’ future collaboration.

Fans recently raved online about Brandy’s fiery performance at the 2020 Soul Train Awards. It goes to show that the singer has maintained her showmanship.

The Black Entertainment Television, or BET, posted on Twitter the singer’s performance where she sang two of her "B7" hits. Fans could not help but be in awe of her powerful vocals.
