See the Touching Moments Pregnant Fantasia Barrino Shared from Her Son's Birthday Celebration

Fantasia Barrino threw her son, Dallas Xavier, a small birthday party at home and shared the fun moments on Instagram: “Mommy will always try to come through D!”

The coronavirus pandemic has made life more difficult for many as millions around the globe are affected by the different safety measures imposed by the governments.

Productions were put on pause, celebrations not allowed, and cross border restrictions placed to curb the spread of the virus. However, this did not stop Fantasia Barrino from celebrating her son’s birthday.

CELEBRATING DALLAS’ BIRTHDAY

In a series of Instagram stories, the “American Idol” alum shared snaps from her son Dallas Xavier’s celebration, which included a giant banner of a skyline, which seemed to be from a comic book.

Dallas also had two of his best friends over, celebrating in pajamas, a sumo fight complete with costume, and a big birthday cake with several candles around. Barrino wrote:

“Covid made things so different this Year, but Mommy will Always Try to come through D!! We Love You.”

WELCOMING DALLAS

The singer welcomed Dallas, her second child, in 2011 at the Presbyterian Hospital in North Carolina. He came out a healthy baby boy, weighing seven pounds and nine ounces.

Despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic, this year has been great for the couple, with many blessings showering upon them.

The “Bittersweet” artist shares Dallas with Antwaun Cook, who was married at the time their relationship began. At that time, Barrino had a ten-year-old son, Zion.

EXPECTING A BABY

Recently, Barrino announced through an Instagram Live session that she is expecting her third child and first with her husband Kendall Taylor. She also revealed that she struggled with fertility issues beforehand.

According to the singer, she turned to the Bible during her difficult time and prayed hard to conceive, like a character from the scripture named Rachel.

There is no doubt that the couple is excited to have their first child after five years of marriage. Apart from Barrino’s kids, Taylor is also a son to Treyshaun.

BARRINO’S GRANDCHILDREN

Barrino is also a grandmother-of-two to Khoen and Kyan, who sometimes appear on her Instagram stories. In one snap, the 36-year-old re-shared a photo of the siblings sleeping beside each other.

In her story, she wrote that she hoped to see her little ones soon. Barrino and Taylor became grandparents in August 2016, followed by their second grandkid this year.

Despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic, this year has been great for the couple, with many blessings showering upon them. Indeed, fans cannot wait to see the singer's newborn when the time comes.
