DWTS Fans Still Think That Jenna and Nev Were Robbed of the Victory in Season 29 – See Their Comments
"Dancing with the Stars" official Instagram page shared a meme featuring contestants Nev Schulman and Jenna Johnson, and it sparked a host of reactions from fans who believe the duo should have won the season.
Season 29 of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" ended in November but its ripples continue to be felt this New Year, and that might be the case until a new season begins later in the year.
A day ago, the show's official Instagram page shared a meme that showed one of last season's contestants, Nev Schulman, in his dancing costume, making a scary face with his arms spread out wide as he stood over his pro dance partner, Jenna Johnson.

The meme's caption read, "Me When someone tries to eat the last slice of pizza." In the caption to the post, "DWTS" wrote, "Protect the last slice at all cost…"
While many fans saw the funny side to the meme and its caption, some others could not help but bring back memories from the show's most recent season and their thoughts about the dance duo in the picture.
One fan said that was the kind of face they made when they realized Schulman and Johnson were robbed of their win in last season's finals. Another fan said the dance duo was robbed of victory.
The second further said that ABC needed to stop casting "Bachelor" stars, adding that Schulman is one of the top male celebrity dancers of all time.
Schulman does not have any ill feelings about coming second in the competition.

A third fan agreed with the other fan's opinion, saying they would not watch the show if they cast another overrated "Bachelorette" wannabe celebrity. A fourth person said Schulman should have won.
Kaitlyn Bristowe won the 29th season along with her partner, Artem Chigvintsev. The former "Bachelorette" star defeated the other finalists, Schulman, Justina Machado, and rapper Nelly, on her way to winning the Mirrorball Trophy.

Though his fans feel he should have won the season, Schulman does not have any ill feelings about coming second in the competition and told ET that he is content with his position as winning was never the objective for him.
Schulman went topless for his first dance on finals night, showcasing his hairless chest as he did. He later revealed that he shaved his chest to fulfill a deal he made with Johnson at the beginning of the season.
According to the "Catfish" host, they made a deal to shave his chest if they made it to the final. Show host Tyra Banks lauded Schulman's transformation, saying she was sure he would go on to be on Broadway.
Schulman is married to Laura Perlongo. The couple married in 2017 and are parents to a daughter, Cleo, who they welcomed in 2016, and a son, Beau, who they welcomed in 2019.
