Naomi Osaka Looks Unrecognizable in a New Snap Sporting Long Pink Hair with Bright Eye Shadow
23-year-old tennis prodigy Naomi Osaka is almost unrecognizable as she privileges her 2.1 million followers on Instagram with her new pink hair and vivid eye make-up.
Naomi Osaka is stunning in a recent snap shared to the athlete's social media page, revealing a completely different look to her usual curly brunette hairstyle. Naomi looks incredibly kawaii.
Naomi's long tresses have been bleached, dyed bright pink, and blow waved into glamorous loose curls. Her golden skin contrasts her hair beautifully and glows in the light of the photo.

Naomi is also wearing light pink lipstick and has a funky pink eyeliner on her eyelids and a pale pink eyeshadow. She tagged the make-up artist Autumn Moultrie, who created the look for her.
The tennis star also credited her hairstylist, Martin-Christopher Harper, by including him in the post. With a clever reference to the well-known anime show "Naruto," Naomi captioned her picture:
"Sakura could never lol."
Naomi's transformation comes shortly after her victory at the Australian Open against her long-time idol and competitor, Serena Williams, winning the women's singles semifinals on February 17.
The Japanese-Haitian-American's first response after her triumph was an emotional hug with Williams and then humorously to write a message to her sister, Mari Osaka, on the lens of one of the cameras.
Rapper Cordae Amari Dunston had no idea that his girlfriend was a tennis champion when they first met.
Usually, the match-winner will sign their names, but Naomi chose to shame her older sister by teasing her on national television for sending creepy messages on their group chat.
Interestingly, there are several parallels between Naomi and Mari and their predecessors, Serena and Venus Williams. In an interview with Vogue, Naomi remarked:
"I would say that if Serena wasn’t there, then I wouldn’t be here, and I think that a lot of players would say the same thing.”
In her personal life, Naomi is content with her partner of almost two years. Funnily, Naomi's boyfriend, rapper Cordae Amari Dunston, had no idea that his girlfriend was a tennis champion when they first met.
Additionally, when Cordae attended the 2019 US Open to support Naomi, he felt like he did not belong there. The couple has very different routines. Naomi works in the day while Cordae records his songs at night.
The couple is also committed to tackling racial injustice in America. After George Floyd's death, Naomi and her boyfriend traveled to Minneapolis to join the protests. Since then, Naomi has become a racial justice activist.
She uses her social platform to highlight issues. At the US Open, she made a statement by wearing seven black masks that each had the name of a Black American that had been a victim.
