Eddie Murphy's Granddaughter Evie Captures Fans' Hearts Walking in a White Top & Green Pants

Comedian and actor Eddie Murphy's granddaughter captured fans' hearts in new images of the little girl walking wearing a white top and green pants on social media.

Eddie Murphy's granddaughter Evie Murphy is adorable, as seen on her mother's Instagram feed decked in a casual yet cute ensemble. Evie had a strappy white top on and fitted cargo pants.

Her mother, Carly Olivia, shared a few pictures of the sweet toddler on Wednesday, March 3. Evie's beautiful light brown curls shined in the sunshine, and her pretty smile is worth a million.

It looks like Evie was holding her dad Myles Murphy's hand in the second picture. Her delightful grin is heartwarming. Olivia also shared a short video clip of the child dancing.

Evie wore a one-piece black outfit patterned with white stars and bobbed up and down adorably. The tot also had on an oversized beige cap over her small head. Olivia wrote in the caption:

"My sweet little reggae loving baby."

Eddie has a son with his fiancée Paige Butcher who is only a few months older than his granddaughter Evie. Eddie and Paige welcomed Max Charles last year. Evie and Max are five months apart.

Eddie is well-known in Hollywood for his large family. The "Shrek" actor has ten children with several women. His eldest sons are Eric (31) and Christian (30). He was also married to Nicole Mitchell between 1993 and 2006.

Although Eddie has many kids, in 2016 the actor admitted that he was not good at changing diapers.

Nicole and Eddie have five children together, Bria, Myles, Shayne, Zola, and Bella. Myles married Olivia, and they gave birth to Evie Isla last year, making Nicole and Eddie first-time grandparents.

Eddie is well aware of his reputation and of the bizarre age difference between his youngest son and his granddaughter. He told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest in an interview:

"Guess that makes me a heck of a fella. My son is my granddaughter’s uncle.”

Although Eddie has many kids, in 2016, the actor admitted that he was not good at changing diapers. Nonetheless, he is committed to parenting all his children.

He prioritizes fatherhood and knows when to see the humor in situations. Eddie is completely smitten with Evie, as seen in pictures holding the newborn in 2019. He is clearly a proud granddad.

Some of Eddie's children have followed in their father's footsteps. Bria, for instance, pursued acting for a while before she realized that her calling lay in painting instead.

She admitted that it was frustrating when she attended auditions. The producers assumed that they were just getting a female replica of her father, but she is a different person.
