Chet Hanks was born Chester Marlon Hanks. The 30-year-old has been a celebrity since the day he was born as the son of Hollywood legend Tom Hanks and acclaimed actress Rita Wilson.

'WHITE BOY SUMMER' CONTROVERSY

Chet, best known for his roles on "Empire" and "Shameless," was criticized for using a "racist" font on the new merchandise from his collection, which is also controversially titled White Boy Summer.

He has been criticized for using a Gothic-style font that is almost identical to the font used by white nationalists on his black and white range of clothes, including hoodies, t-shirts, and caps.

HE IS A FATHER

With his ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Miles, Chet has a daughter named Micaiah, who was born in April 2016. The actor keeps that aspect of his life mostly hidden from the public eye.

The year before Chet's daughter was born, the British Police searched for him for trashing a hotel room and later forced him to go to rehab for his cocaine addiction.

HE PURSUED MUSIC CAREER

When Chet decided to pursue a music career, he went by the name "Chet Haze." One of his most famous parodies was Wiz Khalifa's track "Black & Yellow." He released the song "White and Purple."

He said it all began when he learned Parker had allegedly stolen from him.

UGLY DISPUTE WITH HIS EX

According to court documents in Fort Bend County, Texas, Chet is embroiled in an ugly dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Kiana Parker, who has been granted a temporary protective order against him.

It's the latest development in an escalating dispute involving allegations of violence, theft, fights, racial slurs, threats with a weapon, and fighting at the pair's Sugar Land, Texas, home recently.

On January 12, Parker filed a protective order against Chet, alleging he was assaulting her, threw things at her, and threatening her with a gun in multiple encounters as their relationship declined.

As for Chet's side of the story, he recently filed a lawsuit against Parker in connection with the bloody face incident. He said it all began when he learned Parker had allegedly stolen from him.

Chet said Parker showed up that day with three men, one of whom he alleges flashed a gun at him. He sued her for assault and battery, theft, and the return of the money allegedly stolen from him.
