Taxi Driver Rejected Man Who Lost All His Money, Then the Man Taught Him a Lesson - Daily Joke

A man flew to Vegas over the weekend to gamble. He had saved some cash from the bit of salary he made, and he planned to triple the amount so he would be a wealthy man when he returned home.

The man was quite confident in his gambling experiences, so he walked into one of Vegas' top casinos. Unfortunately, he lost all his money and was left with just his flight ticket.

He tried to find a way to the airport to get home and be free from his present misfortune. Outside the casino, he moved closer to a waiting cab, hoping the driver could help. He asked how much to get to the airport, and the driver replied, "15 dollars."

He explained his problem to the driver and offered to send the money when he got home, but the man wasn't interested in his sad tale and said to him, "If you don't have 15 dollars, get out of my cab."

He had no other option, so he started walking down the street. He later managed to hitch a ride and made it just in time for his flight. When he returned home, his financial state left him saddened, but it also forced him to work harder.

The man concentrated more on working and making more money. He spent less and saved more, and by the end of the year, he had made a fortune.
