Andrew Garfield Reflects on 'Beautiful' Experience Working on Spider-Man
Andrew Garfield did a stellar job playing Spider-Man before Tom Holland’s reign as the superhero. The “Amazing Spider-Man” actor opened up about his experience with the role amid rumors that he’s in the upcoming film.
Andrew Garfield became the man of the moment when he landed the role of Peter Parker for the “Amazing Spider-Man” movies. Thankfully, the actor was having as much of a blast as his fans with the film.
Although portraying the iconic superhero is enough to have any actor feeling grateful, Garfield’s instance was a little more special. The actor recently opened up about his experience working on the movie to Variety.
While many would expect the actor to fawn over the marvel of playing a superhero like Spider-Man, he did the opposite. Instead, Garfield reflected happily about the people who made the time special on and off camera:
“It was only beautiful. I got to meet Emma [Stone] and work with her and Sally Field.
Although Garfield and Stone ended their relationship in 2015, the pair have continued to speak fondly of each other. The cordial nature of their relationship now is admirable, especially since they shared so much with each other.
Unfortunately for eager fans, Garfield denies being involved in the upcoming film starring Tom Holland as Peter Parker.
In addition to reflecting on his wonderful experience on “The Amazing Spider-Man,” Garfield also touched on some new Spider-Man rumors. Fans have been speculating that he will be in the upcoming “Spider-Man: No Way Home” film.
Unfortunately for eager fans, Garfield denies being involved in the upcoming film starring Tom Holland as Peter Parker. However, the actor is fully aware that fans are already set on their theories no matter what he says.
The Variety interview is not the first time Garfield denies any involvement in the highly-anticipated Marvel film. He has previously laughed off the rumors during interviews with three different publications.
Unfortunately, the trailer for “Spider-Man: No Way Home” teases a multi-verse, making it difficult to believe Garfield. Fans will just have to wait for the movie to hit theatres on Friday, 17 December, to find out the truth.
