Kris Jenner Shares Excitement over Being a Grandma for the 11th Time at the Met Gala as Daughter Kylie Is Expecting

Kris Jenner was one of the stars to grace the 2021 Met Gala red carpet, and she used this event to address, for the first time, her daughter Kylie Jenner’s second pregnancy.

On September 13, 2021, all the big names descended upon the Met Gala at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art. This was the first time the event was held after being canceled last year because of the pandemic.

One of the stars who attended was Kris Jenner, famous for starring with her children on the reality series “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” The theme for this year’s gala was "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion."

Kris, 65, walked the red carpet with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, 40, who wore a black suit paired with a pale pink button-down shirt open at the chest. His date was dressed to match him.

She also wore an all-black outfit that featured items from fashion designers like Alexander McQueen, Tom Ford, and Tommy Hilfiger. This included a blazer with a plunging neckline, cut-out sleeves, and a ruffled train.

The momager completed her look with black leather gloves, Lorraine Schwartz emerald drop earrings, and black pumps. She also held a black and silver ball and chain in one hand.

Kris and Corey began dating in 2014. At the time, an Us Weekly source said the pair was doing great and that the younger man was in love and obsessed with his girlfriend, whom he tried to make happy.

Speaking recently to E! News, Kris opened up about her youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner's pregnancy. Kylie recently announced that she and her boyfriend, Travis Scott, were expecting their second child together.

Proud grandma Kris admitted how she felt about the news saying, "It's really great." She also noted that Kylie’s child would be her eleventh grandchild before she excitedly confessed to the publication:

"I'm really excited."

Kylie, 24, and Travis are already parents to daughter Stormi Webster, 3, welcomed in February 2018. The Kylie Cosmetics creator enlisted her daughter’s help to surprise her mother with her pregnancy news.

Kris's youngest daughter uploaded an Instagram video to make her announcement. In the clip, Stormi presented her grandmother with an envelope that was filled with ultrasound photos.

Besides the recent Met Gala, Kris was seen out in New York City with Corey last Saturday. She and her partner were attending longtime family friend Paris Hilton and Carter Reum’s engagement party.

The Kardashian/Jenner matriarch stunned in a bubblegum pink suit by fashion designer Dolce & Gabbana. She accessorized it with a dazzling Bvlgari Serpanti necklace.
