Lindsey Vonn Opens Up About Her Struggle With Depression

While many people suffer through depression in silence, celebs use their voices to advocate for mental health and wellbeing. Lindsey Vonn is one of these celebs.

The athlete has spoken out about her struggle with depression, saying it is an ongoing battle for her.

In an interview with People, Vonn shared what it is like for her to live with depression in today’s world.

Vonn retired as a skier two years ago but recently opened up about how she combated her depression and how it is still affecting her now.

The athlete revealed that depression was something that she had been dealing with since she was 18 and continues to deal with daily, saying that her depression is “something [she] works on every day.

She then revealed that while she has come a long way, she is a work in progress and is learning to accept that fact.
