Kathy Griffin Married Younger Guy in Surprise Wedding Years after Divorcing Ex for Allegedly Stealing $72,000
The first man whom Kathy Griffin pledged to spend her forever with allegedly stole from her. But despite the broken trust, the comedian did not give up on love. Fortunately, luck smiled on her when she found a much younger lover, whom she married in a surprise wedding ceremony - inside Griffin's marriages.
Kathy Griffin is noted for her comedic chops and ability to turn a frowning face into a cheerful one in her audience. However, this comedian did not hit the jackpot regarding her first marriage.
In 2006, following her divorce from Matt Moline, her husband of nearly five years, the TV star confessed that their marriage was plagued by dishonesty.

During an interview with Larry King on CNN's "Larry King Live," Griffin shocked the public when she mentioned that her ex-husband often took her ATM cards without notifying her.
According to the comedian, Moline would sneak into her wallet while she was asleep. This was not a one-time scheme, as it happened for more than one year. The sum stolen was $72,000.
Once she confronted him, he apologized and took the blame. Then the couple proceeded to therapy to redeem their marriage. Sadly, it did not work, so Griffin filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple, who married in 2001, divorced in 2006, and during their time together, they had no kids. But despite their separation, memories of Moline's deception lingered in Griffin's heart.

After the revelation, Moline shared his thoughts, maintaining that he was sad about the accusations that emerged from his former partner. In his words:
"Since our divorce, I have not made any public comments about my ex-wife or our marriage. It saddens me that she would choose to make such accusations at this time. I have no intention of engaging in a public debate over private matters."
HOW DID KATHY GRIFFIN COPE AS A FIRST-TIME DIVORCEE?
Griffin remained honest about how hurtful it felt to end her marriage. To her, it was a tragedy, but that did not mean her life needed to take the worst turn. Instead, she used the lemons handed to her to make lemonade.
The comedian explained that she converted her unhappy ending into comedy, making it easier to deal with the hurt. In her words:
"Eventually, I end up putting everything into the act. I kind of turn tragedy into comedy, and I find that that's a great way for me to kind of deal with it."
Despite such a heartbreaking experience, fans would recall that Griffin's love life has been fascinating over the years, and she never stays quiet about her love interests.
Previously, she was romantically involved with celebrities like Steve Wozniak and Quentin Tarantino. However, one of her most fascinating romances is with Randy Bick — a non-celebrity.
The comedian referred to Bick as "a regular guy." Indeed, before meeting Griffin, Bick lived a low-profile lifestyle, working as a marketing executive.
This regular guy became the perfect fit for a famous TV star. This couple proved that opposites attract! What appears to be a flawless love story began most awkwardly, and it is safe to say fate brought them together.
They did not meet in a star-studded event, nor were they paired by a mutual friend. The duo met in 2011 at a Los Angeles Times food and wine festival. Griffin revealed that she believed it was a fling that would barely stand the test of time. Fortunately, she was wrong!
After their first date, Bick wanted to spend more time with her, and since then, they have become inseparable. The couple dated for eight years before becoming engaged in 2019.
A few hours later (into the new year, 2020), they celebrated a surprise wedding in her home. Online uploads showed Hollywood icon Lily Tomlin as the person who presided over the ceremony.
The wedding lasted about fifteen minutes, with Tomlin reading the hilarious and sweet vows scripted in a large book. Tomlin's wife, Jane Wagner, was the couple's only guest and witness.
GRIFFIN AND BICK'S HAPPY-EVER-AFTER SO FAR
Griffin and Bick's love is not the traditional tale. Apart from having different jobs and personalities, the comedian is nearly twenty years his senior. Still, they seem like a match made in heaven. At first, Griffin was skeptical about how long they would last, especially since there was an eighteen-year gap between them. She said:
"Well you know I didn't think it would last [because] he's 18 years younger than I am!"
They have continued to wax stronger throughout their time together, proving that age is just a number. Bick lives with his wife and their two rescue dogs in her home.
The couple does not have kids, and in 2016, Griffin, who referred to their big house as a "family house," joked about her inability to have kids, adding that they are happy and content. In her words:
"But since I don't have children and hopefully am barren, and I don't think my young boyfriend is gonna be expecting kids anytime soon – because I told him if I have two eggs left, he can have an omelet, but that's all."
Griffin's life with her second husband is full of happy moments. At home, the couple knows how to spend quality time watching their favorite shows and rocking matching outfits.
They also extend the excitement to the streets by taking walks occasionally. Recently, the comedian talked about how their lives have made the headlines in different tabloids.

The celebrity, who witnessed cancel culture in 2017 following her mockery of the then-president, Donald Trump, claimed that the kindest media house so far has been Daily Mail. She said:
"If I'm being photographed by paparazzi going for a walk with my husband, every other publication will be like, 'She looks old and haggard.' But The Daily Mail will be like, 'Comedian Kathy Griffin goes out for a jaunty walk with younger husband.'"
The comedian, famous for her sharp tongue, extended a heart of gratitude to The Daily Mail. At the same time, she condemned TMZ for their cancel-culture ritual.
