Renae was a mom to four children who had suffered a miscarriage before her most recent pregnancy. She expressed her excitement at meeting her "rainbow baby."

A rainbow baby is a term used to refer to a baby born after the loss of a baby through miscarriage or infant death. Renae also said that she would miss her huge baby bump.

In one of the TikTok videos she posted three days before giving birth, Renae expressed that her pregnancy was incredibly hard. She added that she feared something would go wrong but was excited about meeting her youngest son.

When Renae's video shot to viral fame, it received thousands of comments from people who were convinced that there was more than one baby in her large belly.

User Trisha bear commented, "you sure that's one baby [?]," to which Renae replied, "yes, I'm sure, my bumps [were] just as big with my last boy, and he was 9lbs 6oz."

Another commenter wrote, ''I swear you have like 4 twins in there.'' And another one joked, ''[the kid's] building a house in there.''

Another commenter, Sara Riggs Sandlin, claimed that it was impossible for there to be only one baby in Renae's tummy. Yet another, Rashun1109, questioned the very reality of Renae's pregnancy.

One commenter chimed in on the conversation and defended Renae.

Other users quipped that Renae's unborn baby was much older, with one user claiming: "Bro, that baby gotta be at least 11 [years old]."

RENAE'S RESPONSE TO COMMENTERS

Renae's replies to some of the comments mostly consisted of Renae typing detailed responses while embracing her baby bump.

In response to one commenter who said, "OMG, You're still pregnant," Renae explained that her doctors would not induce labor because she and the baby were still healthy.

RENAE'S RESPONSE TO A DOCTOR WEIGHING IN

In the midst of Renae's viral posts, one doctor decided to weigh in. He posted a video saying that Renae should be worried about the size of her belly.

In response, Renae made her disapproval of the comment clearly known. She said:

"As a doctor you should be ashamed of yourself for this video, especially when I'm not your patient. Saying that my belly shouldn't be that big when me and my baby are healthy."

TIKTOK USERS DEFEND RENAE

One commenter chimed in on the conversation and defended Renae. "I can't believe he would even say that to you knowing absolutely nothing about your pregnancy," the commenter said.

Renae also clarified that her short height was part of the reason why her bump looked so incredibly large.

But the doctor wasn't the only viewer who was worried that Renae's belly was a sign of illness. Some users wondered if Renae was suffering from gestational diabetes, polyhydramnios, or extra fluid.

RENAE CLARIFIES WHY HER BELLY LOOKS SO BIG

These illnesses can cause unusually large bellies in pregnant women. But Renae assured everyone that she was not suffering from any of the conditions commenters were worried about.

"I had an ultrasound not that long ago, fluid is normal, the baby is measuring a week and four days ahead," she said.

Renae also clarified that her short height was part of the reason why her bump looked so incredibly large. She added that she gained only 35 lbs during her pregnancy, most of which was from her belly.

COMMENTERS ARE PROUD OF RENAE

Not all users were concerned about Renae's large belly. One commenter, Amie-Louise, said that she was proud of Renae after she mentioned her pregnancy loss.

Another commented that every woman carried their pregnancy bellies differently and that every pregnancy was unique.
