Dixie Brubaker Was Dinesh D'Souza's Wife Though Their Marriage Fell Apart

Dinesh D'Souza has established himself in the political arena as a commentator, author, and, in 2016, the director of "2016: Obama's America," the second highest-grossing political documentary of all time.
However, in 2012, he claimed publications, people, and organizations were after him following reports that Dinesh D'Souza was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a woman many years his junior.

Dixie Brubaker's Ex-Husband Was on a 'Mission to Marry the All-American Girl' When They Met
Before her and her ex-husband's marriage, Dixie's former spouse garnered a reputation for liking conservative blondes following his relationships with Laura Ingraham and Ann Coulter.
However, according to reports, Dinesh found "the ultimate prize" when he met Dixie, a "beautiful blonde from a conservative California family" while working in the White House.

Dixie's ex-husband accused her of getting bored of his life in politics and that she showed no interest in repairing the marriage.
"It was my mission to marry the All-American girl," Dixie's ex-husband admitted. The former couple tied the knot in 1992 and spent the next twenty years together. However, that all came crashing down in 2012.

Dixie Brubaker's Ex-husband Accused Her of Seeing Someone Else during Their Marriage
In 2012, a magazine released an article claiming Dixie's ex-husband was seeing a younger woman, Denise Odie Joseph, and went around introducing her as his fiancée. The scandal was that he was still legally married to Dixie then.
Once Dixie's ex-husband caught wind of the allegations, he denied having an affair. He alleged that he and Dixie had been separated for two years — and their divorce had been registered — when the article came out and that he and Denise had only met three months before the report was published.

Dixie's ex-husband further claimed she was the one who had approached him and "demanded" a divorce and was the only party guilty of allegedly being unfaithful. Dixie's ex-husband stated:
"I discovered, to my horror, irrefutable evidence that my wife was involved with someone else."
Dixie's ex-husband accused her of getting bored of his life in politics and that she showed no interest in repairing the marriage. However, she countered, claiming her former spouse's words were untrue and that she had signed up for marriage counseling retreats and had attended marriage counseling sessions.

During their marriage, Dixie and her ex-husband welcomed a daughter, Danielle, whom the latter gave a special shoutout to in one of his books. Like her father, Danielle is an author and penned "THE CHOICE: The Abortion Divide in America."
She had over 260,000 followers on Instagram at the time of writing, and in 2017, Dixie's ex-husband turned to Facebook to celebrate their daughter's wedding to Brandon Gill.
Danielle and her husband recently made Dixie a grandmother, as on July 23, the couple turned to Twitter to announce the birth of their daughter. "Meet our daughter, Marigold Margaret Gill (July 20, 2023). It's such a miracle that we get to take part in God's creation @realBrandonGill," Dixie's daughter shared.
