Zoe Jackson was born to A-lister parents, Samuel and his wife, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, who enjoyed a long-lasting marriage of over four decades.

She, like her father, was the only child. Like many others, Zoe valued having her personal space and could entertain herself without others. However, there was a pressure she often felt.

The "Pulp Fiction" star again collaborated with his daughter in 2020 to produce the docuseries "Life on the Edge." The series revolves around the tough lives of individuals on the streets, controlled by violent groups. The Jackson father and daughter tandem said:

"No one has ever looked at these groups from a fresh perspective – from the inside out. These young people are trying to find a place in a chaotic world against extraordinary odds. I can't think of stories more worthy of telling."

Besides her talent in entertainment, Zoe projects characteristics similar to her parents, including her work ethic, perseverance, and sense of self. In 2009, her father proudly revealed that Zoe was a producer for a sports channel.

Zoe Jackson's Dad Credited Her for Saving Him

Zoe has become her father's pride and joy. Previously, she became his savior amidst the lowest point in his life. In 2016, Samuel opened up about his alcohol and drug addiction which spiraled out of control. Instead of leaving him, his wife, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, and their daughter helped him become a better person.

"They found me passed out on the floor after I left somebody's bachelor party and put my [expletive] in rehab the next day and supported me and pushed me and give me a reason to get up and go and chase it day after day," he said.

Zoe and his wife became a significant part of his recovery and supported him despite difficulties. Samuel L. Jackson has been a better man and shows love to his daughter and wife, whom he waited ten years to marry.

Although Zoe has no known social media accounts, her dad has no qualms about sharing photos of her on his Instagram. In 2020, the actor paid tribute to Zoe on Daughter's Day, sharing pictures of them. He referred to Zoe as his "constant source of joy & bursting pride" in the comments section.

The following year, he posted another tribute for Zoe's birthday, revealing that she made his year in lockdown more bearable.

Zoe's father has made great strides in his career and starred in several blockbuster hits, including "The Avengers," "Star Wars," "Jurassic Park," "Good Fellas," "The Protege," "King's Man: The Secret Service," and "Shaft."

However, his career came at the price of his wife's job. Latanya Richardson Jackson walked away from her career to focus on their family while Samuel's career soared.

In 2022, Samuel L. Jackson turned 74 and had his wife by his side for most of his life. The duo first crossed paths when they starred in a drama and dated shortly afterward. Their marriage endured several challenges, but the former actress remained supportive.

According to Latanya, God had told her to help her husband instead of leaving him. This was why she stayed through thick and thin, which turned out for the best.
