Tausha Kutcher Is Ashton Kutcher's Sister - Facts about Her
Tausha Kutcher, Ashton Kutcher's sister, made a cameo in a popular television series, but she spends most of her time as a wife, mother, and advocate for autism. She regularly uses social media to document her life and her close relationship with her brothers.
While Ashton is a famous actor and the most well-known face of the Kutcher family, he is also Tausha's younger brother. Tausha is a proud mother of two and often shares pictures of her family on social media.
Born in Cedar Rapids, she relocated to Lake Charles, Los Angeles, and describes herself as a teacher who spreads love and awareness to her thousands of followers.
Tausha Kind of Followed in Her Brother's Footsteps
In 2016, Tausha landed a small acting role when she played a zombie in the finale of the sixth season of "The Walking Dead." Alanna Masterson, who stars in the AMC series, said:
"She was one of the zombies! Ashton and my brother are on a new show together...so I was there, and [Tausha] is a huge fan of "The Walking Dead. And she asked if she could be a walker, and I said, 'Sure!'"
Alanna shares a close relationship with the Kutcher family as her brother, Danny Masterson, was on "That '70s Show" with Tausha's brother for eight years. The former costars reunited for their Netflix comedy, "The Ranch."
In April 2016, Tausha shared a picture of herself in full character for her role as a zombie and captioned it, "Almost Dinner Time." However, she only briefly tried her hand at acting.
Tausha spends most of her time as an Outreach Director for a non-profit therapy center for children with autism, delays, and disorders. She regularly spreads awareness about the condition she holds near her heart, as one of Tausha's children is autistic.
Tausha Is a Proud Mother of 2
In 2014, Tausha married a man called Kenny Kordisch, and they welcomed a son, Maxton. In 2020, Tausha joined Twitter and shared that when Maxton was 2, he was diagnosed with autism and was nonverbal.
Tausha and her husband took him to St. Nicholss Centre in Lake Charles, Los Angeles. And after six months of 40 hours of therapy per week, Maxton began talking, and she jokily revealed that he was a chatterbox.
Tausha often posts pictures of her family on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse into Maxton's life. While most photos feature her happy boy smiling and laughing, on September 5, 2021, Tausha revealed that Maxton had broken his arm.
She posted snaps of his ex-rays and shared that he had been running down the stars when the incident happened. Later that day, in an Instagram caption, she wrote:
"Maxton Update: we were transferred to Memorial ICU Ped unit late last night after Maxton aspirated during surgery. All in all, he is doing much better...Thanks for all the prayers and encouraging videos. He loves seeing his friends love on him!"
She followed up the photo with another post filled with good news— they were headed home. Tausha also has a daughter, Dakota, who she welcomed in 1999.
While Dakota's father's identity is unknown, she shares a close bond with her mom, who celebrated her graduation from LSU in 2020. Dakota's Instagram is private.
Tausha's Brothers Are Twins
Ashton Kutcher and his twin brother Michael were born a few years after Tausha; however, Michael was born with cerebral palsy, a series of conditions that affect the brain and movement. However, Ashton— who is married to Mila Kunis and the father of Dimitri Kutcher— was not.
During an appearance on a TV show, Michale revealed that he and Ashton had grown apart due to jealousy on his part. Ashton had already succeeded as an actor when the brothers experienced a shift in their relationship, which led to the balanced one they have today. Ashton said:
"He said, 'This is the only life I've ever known, so stop feeling sorry for the only thing I have.' And that then created an entire shift back to where I think we are today, which is straight-up equals. That's it."
In 2020, Tausha took to Instagram to celebrate her brother's on their birthday and shared a picture of all three siblings in a humorous position. In the caption, she declared her love for them both.
