'There's No Way You're 57': Elizabeth Hurley Shows Her Toned Figure and Fans Say She Never Ages
By incorporating ways to stay fit in her everyday life, Elizabeth Hurley has stayed in great shape and flaunted her physique in a recent Instagram post. The actress/model also revealed she has stayed healthy by focusing on her mental and physical health.
On April 25, Hurley had her slender frame on display as she modeled an aqua-blue bikini from her luxury swim label. "Oh, Maldives…… I miss you. Marissa Bikini from www.elizabethhurley.com @vakkarumaldives," she captioned the post, which received over 165,000 likes at the time of writing.
"How can someone that's 55 years old (I'm 61) be THIS HOT!?" one fan commented, and another shared, "Age is just a number for u (sic)." "Immortal, Elizabeth Hurley. Never age. A Goddess. So beautiful," a third fan wrote, and a fourth added, "There's no way you're 57..."
In 2005, Hurley founded her London-based swimwear line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach. By focusing on "sensual fit," the actress's swimwear line aims to offer "fashion-conscious woman" an element of "luxury and excitement."
"I decided to venture into beachwear not only because I've always been obsessed with vacation clothes but also because it's an area where women, regardless of shape or size, can either look amazing or really get it wrong. I wanted to develop resort collections which make women feel fabulous at any age," she revealed.
Hurley's line also has an "adorable" collection for girls up to age 13, an aspect of her business that the "Viktor" star hopes to continue growing. When Hurley isn't modeling, acting, or running her business, she tries to keep active daily. She said, "I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym (sic)."
As a result, Hurely squeezes a workout in by doing squats while brushing her teeth, taking her dogs for 20-minute walks first thing in the morning, or gardening. However, as a busy woman, Elizabeth Hurley realized she had always been in "fight or flight mode" for the past 30 years. During the pandemic, the actress learned to take care of her mental health by relaxing more, enjoying moments of stillness, and limiting her screen time.
