'No Makeup and Still Stunning': Danica McKellar's Vacation Mood as She Posts Makeup-Free Pics with Son
Danica McKellar is in "vacay mode," which means no makeup and messy hair in a tropical location for the actress. She posted lots of selfies and other vacation snaps on social media.
On Monday, Danica McKellar uploaded expressive barefaced selfies and one snap with her son with hashtags to highlight her relaxed state, #nomakeupselfie, and #messyhairdontcare.
"But, um, can somebody please tell me what is up with my face in the last shot with Draco?" she wrote. "Like a cartoon frog or something, right??"
However, her following did not agree with her self-deprecating assessment. "No makeup and still stunning," a fan wrote. A second called her a "naturally beautiful woman." Another assured her:
"Oh, nothing wrong with your face with or without sunscreen, with or without makeup, your face always looks beautiful."
"The Wonder Years" alum follows a minimalist beauty regime to maintain her glowing complexion. She exfoliates her skin with a clean facecloth in the shower with Aiona Alive products and moisturizes with Lala Retro by Drunk Elephant.

Danica concedes that she has a very bland diet, having wholly cut out dairy, coffee, and artificial ingredients. She hardly consumes any alcohol or sugar products, only drinks water, and eats brown rice, vegetables, and lean meats.
The mother of one boasted about her son's progress when he was but 4-and-a-half years old.
While pregnant, she was what she termed an "omni-craver," craving whatever food someone was talking about, even if it was liver and onions. She lost half of the 40 lbs she picked up during her pregnancy within three months of her son's birth.

The "Do Not Open This Math Book" author and her composer husband, Mike Verta, had their son, Draco McKellar Verta, in 2010. Draco is Latin for dragon and the name of a constellation.
Her husband came up with the idea for the name and told her, "Once we're gone, the constellation will keep looking out for him." Danica has been home-schooling Draco since he was a toddler.
