The penthouse is located in a 62-story tower known as One Thousand Museum, which was designed by Zaha Hadid. Sources note that the asking price for the apartment was $20 million, and it's unclear how much David paid for it. However, media reports claim David paid close to $24 million for the 10,335-square-foot-condo.

The apartments in the building reportedly have a unique aspect—they adhere to the curves of the tower's sculptural exoskeleton. These curves make the living spaces and bedrooms irregularly shaped.
