Masseuse Finds Out Female Client is Sleeping With Her Boyfriend and Decides to Take Revenge – Story of the Day
Anna discovers that her boyfriend has been cheating on her with another woman. He plans to leave the country with his new lover in a few days. Before then, Anna befriends Layla to teach her boyfriend and his lover a lesson they'll never forget.
It had been more than an hour since Sarah arrived, yet Anna barely heard her say more than a few words.
At first, Anna kept quiet, concentrating more on the massage she was giving, but after a while, Anna had to speak.
"At this point, you might as well just tell me what's going through your mind. The Sarah I know is never this quiet, even on a bad day," Anna gently told her.
At first, Anna assumed she would have to nag her friend for a few more seconds, but was surprised when she didn't have to.
"Fine. I wanted to wait before telling you, but since you asked, I might as well say it," Sarah said in a slightly lower tone with her head face down on the massage table.

She had been hesitant to talk, but not anymore.
She was even pleased that Anna asked her to speak up since it was the real reason she came for the massage in the first place.
"I saw your boyfriend, Henry. He—"
"What about him? You've seen him thousands of times," Anna teased, without allowing Sarah to finish whatever she had been saying.
"I know, but today, I was shocked to see him with a woman. They were holding hands," Sarah said, emphasizing 'woman' more than the other words when she spoke.

"He was walking with a woman. I'm sure it's a woman I've seen here before. He even had big shopping bags in his hands; it seemed like they had just gone—"
"Oh, maybe it's a partner of his. He has many female partners he works with. I have seen a couple of them," Anna interrupted again.
Sarah was annoyed at being interrupted whenever she opened her mouth to speak; regardless, she continued speaking.
"Well, this time around, he was holding her hand, and they seemed like a cute couple," Sarah said, driving her point home by painting an elaborate picture.
For a few seconds, Anna was too shocked to continue kneading Sarah's back like she had been doing.

A full minute later, Anna still found it challenging to process the new information Sarah had given her.
"I'm sure of what I saw, Anna. I wouldn't lie to you,"
Anna had known Sarah for more than ten years, even longer than she and Henry had been together, and she trusted her.
Still, Anna also trusted Henry.
They had been together for five years, and he had even proposed to her a month ago.

Right at the start of his shipping business, she had dropped out of college to work ten hours a day to be able to support him. She invested in his company and also had some shares in it.
There were days when she had been sick but still needed to work hard to ensure they had food to eat.
They were both madly in love, so going around with another woman wasn't something she felt he could do.
"There is no way Harry would cheat on me. Not after all we've been through together," Anna said when she finally opened her mouth to speak.
Sarah would have liked nothing more than to yell for her to open her eyes, but she didn't.

She was sure Henry was cheating on her dear friend, but she knew Anna needed evidence.
Regardless of what she or anyone else said, she would still find it difficult to believe.
The session ended about thirty minutes later, and Sarah left right after.
Anna's work shift ended around five in the evening, and even after she got home, she couldn't stop thinking about what Sarah told her.
Could he possibly be cheating on me? She wondered over and over again to herself until she felt like she was going crazy.

Anna trusted Henry, but at the same time, she realized that trusting anyone blindly wasn't a good thing.
Apart from the money she earned at the massage parlor, all their assets were in his name.
The little part of the business she invested in and even the mansion he recently bought for her as an engagement gift didn't belong to her but was listed under his company's assets.
"How can someone who proposed a month ago be cheating?" she murmured aloud, wondering if there was a possibility that Sarah was wrong.
Henry wasn't home yet, and after several hours of trying to recall any signs she might have seen of Henry cheating on her, Anna's curiosity won.

She slowly walked upstairs to his study, prepared to go through all his things.
If, after looking, she found nothing, she was prepared to put aside all her doubts and completely trust him like before.
She worked quickly and started with the financial documents of his business stashed at home.
Anna wasn't great with numbers and only concentrated on the bank statements she found.
At first, everything was fine until she began seeing a name repeatedly on the bank statement. One that went as far back as six months.

"Layla," Anna whispered, saying her name aloud while wondering if she was someone she knew or a part of Henry's family.
A few seconds later, that thought was gone when she saw the vast amounts of money that Henry transferred to Layla.
The last straw was the one that made Anna almost swoon from shock as she saw the final transaction he withdrew from his company's account.
Two million dollars.
At that point, Anna didn't know what to do as tears slowly slid down her face.

Henry was clearly cheating, but worse, he seemed to care about his new woman more than he ever cared about her.
Anna wiped the tears on her face, trying to clear her vision and go through more documents before Henry returned.
But she quickly gave up when she realized that staring at them only made her cry even more.
All her dreams of building a family with him were gone in the blink of an eye. All the sacrifices she made were suddenly rendered meaningless.
Leaving his study, Anna headed straight to their bedroom, going through every single one of his things the moment she went in.

From his clothes to his shoes, she searched every inch of it, looking for possible clues she had missed.
She moved to search his suitcases next, and Anna had just popped the first one open when her red and puffed-up eyes widened in shock.
Her hands visibly shook as she reached into the suitcase to pick up what she saw inside.
It was two plane tickets, booked a week in advance.
Tears slowly slid down her face until she could barely see a thing.

For Anna, knowing that he was interested in another woman was way different from realizing that all her sacrifices of love meant nothing to him.
That she meant nothing to him made her feel worse.
She wiped her already red face with the edges of her sleeves and dropped the tickets back the way they were placed.
She closed the suitcase and was about to close the closet when she heard a deep but familiar voice behind her.
She had been too distracted to realize that Henry was home.

"What are you doing there?"
Anna's heart leaped in fear at the thought that she had been caught snooping around. It didn't help that her face was a crying mess.
Without overthinking the situation, she turned around and hastily ran straight into his arms, weeping louder than before.
"A-a cockroach," Anna wailed, escalating the pain and distress she already felt as she buried her head in his arms.
"We-we have a pest problem," Anna cried out in distress, tears streaming down her face as she felt Henry comfort her.

"Relax! It's probably just one Anna...I'll call the exterminators tomorrow," Henry chuckled while patting Anna's head.
The moment she calmed down, he moved closer to the open wardrobe and seemed to breathe a sigh of relief when he found everything in order.
"It's most likely gone by now," Anna sniffed, wiping her face and composing herself better than when she had been caught off guard.
Henry gently closed the wardrobe and pulled Anna closer for another hug, and unconsciously, Anna almost jerked away in fury only to realize that she couldn't.
If anything about her actions towards him changed, he would realize she knew about his cheating and lying ways.

"Come! I'll cook something delicious for you. I hope your day wasn't stressful," Anna said with a chirpy smile, pulling herself away from him.
"No, it went by pretty quickly. I had a meeting with a partner, and it was quite enjoyable," Henry replied with a twinkle in his eye.
It was a caring look that Anna had never really noticed before but quickly realized couldn't belong to one of Henry's ordinary colleagues.
Still, Anna was determined as she pulled him gently behind her towards the door of their room to lead him downstairs.

But they had only gone a couple of steps when Anna unconsciously stopped, mentally berating herself for being stupid.
How could I not have noticed before? She wondered as she turned around to face him with a beautiful smile.
"Is that a different perfume I smell on you? It smells great, much softer than the one you usually prefer."
"Oh, you like it? Then, for my lovely fiancée, I'll get you one just like it," Henry replied, and Anna's grin became even wider than before.
"You're the best!" Anna told him as they both made their way downstairs, with Anna heading straight to the kitchen to cook something delicious.

For a second, the thought of doing something else to his food flashed in her mind, but she decided not to.
She was slicing vegetables but was utterly distracted and was shocked to watch the knife slice through her finger suddenly.
Not badly enough to be a severe injury, but enough to draw blood.
"Ouch!" Anna unconsciously yelled in pain, surprised to see Henry arrive a few seconds later.
"Did you cut your finger? Let me see. We'll order some food. Let me bandage your finger first," Henry hurriedly said while pulling her out of the kitchen.

While Henry hurried to help her bandage her finger, Anna could only look on, slightly confused about what was happening.
How can he act like he cares about me while planning to leave? Anna wondered, tempted to accuse him of cheating right there and then.
But just because she was tempted didn't mean she did so, as she allowed him to bandage her finger before lovingly thanking him right after.
Telling him wouldn't stop him from leaving, and he might even do it faster.
At that point, Anna didn't care about him leaving but more about his willingness to sell the business and take all the money.

I'm sure he isn't even planning to leave the mansion for me, Anna thought as she lay on the same bed at night with him.
Henry was fast asleep, but Anna couldn't. No matter how hard she tried to fall asleep, her mind kept going in circles.
She thought of what would have happened if Sarah hadn't somehow spotted them and told her. She wondered how clueless she would still be.
All night, Anna was barely able to sleep.
She was pissed enough to want to pick up a pillow and squash her boyfriend under it.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
Instead, she stayed awake thinking of a plan to ensure that she made her boyfriend and his new lover regret their actions.
But before Anna did that, she first wanted to meet Layla.
Did she know Henry already had a girlfriend, or was she also a victim? Anna wondered, knowing that all her questions would be answered after meeting her.
At that point, Anna didn't even care about becoming a stalker.

All she knew was that she only had a week left.
The following day, Anna's mood had soared.
She barely got any sleep, but sometime in the night, she managed to sneak Layla's number from Henry's phone.
"Have a lovely day!" Anna said, waving and hugging Henry goodbye with a caring smile while clutching her phone tightly in her hands.
The moment Henry was gone, she called in sick at her workplace.

She only had a week to go, and that was barely enough time.
The next thing Anna did was hire an online investigator to track everything he could about Layla. She gave him her number, which was the only thing she had.
Thankfully, Anna didn't have to wait. That afternoon, the investigator sent folders containing all her social media accounts.
He even compiled some background information about her, which he added to the folder.
"If you didn't need the information today, I would have been able to find out more about her," the online investigator said, sending the message right after he got his payment.

"It's fine. What you've given me is enough," Anna replied, meaning every word.
Her social media accounts had everything she could ever want to know about her as Anna began going through it as far back as she could.
"She spends a lot of money," Anna whispered, shocked by the extravagant lifestyle she seemed to live.
Even more shocking was that the woman seemed vaguely familiar to her, even though she found it hard to recall where she had seen her before.
Still, Anna went through every page, trying to figure out what she liked and where she enjoyed going.

She was still looking through her Instagram page when she saw her post a picture of her getting her nails done.
Under it was a caption showing she was heading to the salon right after.
Quickly, Anna browsed through until she saw the exclusive hair salon she liked going to.
Anna instantly hurried upstairs to dress up in the most expensive clothes she had.
By the time she was done, she was sure that no one, man or woman, would be able to resist looking twice in her direction.

It was time to have a face-to-face meeting with her.
Anna got to the salon about thirty minutes before Layla arrived. She sat in her car and patiently waited for her to arrive.
Surprisingly, she didn't have to wait too long. The second she spotted her, she popped her shades on with her bag in her left hand; Anna walked briskly towards the door of the salon.
Layla walked a few steps ahead, and Anna, from behind, hurried to catch up to her.

Finally, she did, and Anna didn't hesitate to bump heavily into her, falling straight to the ground at the same time.
Anna's sunglasses flew off, squashing them with her handbag as she dropped to the floor in utter shock.
It looked so bad that although Layla was the one that was bumped into, Anna seemed to be in twice the distress and pain.
"Oh my, are you okay?" Layla was shocked at what happened as she reached down to help Anna back on her feet.
The second she felt someone bump into her, her first instinct was to scream at them angrily, only to turn and find Anna on the ground, furiously apologizing.

"I'm sorry. It was my mistake," Anna replied, bending down to pick up her broken sunglasses that had been broken beyond recognition.
"I was staring at my phone instead of where I was going. I hope you weren't injured," Anna said with a worried expression.
"I'm fine," Layla responded, shaking her with a polite smile as she turned around to go in, but Anna had no intention of letting her go.
Anna immediately followed her in and began speaking to her.
She explained that it was her first time at the salon since her previous hairdresser canceled on her.

Even as she talked, Anna made sure to dangle the pure diamond bracelets Henry had once gotten for her on her birthday in front of Layla.
If there was one thing she realized Layla liked, it was money.
At first, she seemed uninterested in speaking to Anna, but her mood suddenly changed when her eyes landed on the bracelets.
"They look so pretty. Who got them for you?" She gushed.
"My boyfriend," Anna replied with a humble smile as she watched a sparkle of greed shine in Layla's eyes.

They both entered the salon, but while Layla got her hair made, Anna had no choice but to wait for her turn.
Layla was a regular, and the workers treated and spoke to her like one.
"I love the ring on your finger. Looks expensive," one of them cried in excitement, and Layla shrugged with pride.
"You have no clue."
"Stop being so jealous, Mia; it's obvious that she's engaged," Another of the people working on Layla's hair said, warning off the first person who spoke.

"Really? I hope he's faithful. Some men aren't," Mia replied as she focused on the hair she was working on.
"To me, that doesn't matter," Layla proudly announced.
"I don't even care if he's married. All that matters is how much money he has," Layla proudly continued with a smug expression.
"I won't go into details about my current lover, but from what he told me, his girl seems pretty stupid."
Anna felt her eyes burn as she listened to Layla indirectly talk about her and Henry.

Layla went on to describe how dumb she had to be not to notice anything and even the hairdressers joined in.
It was all Anna could do to remain composed when all she wanted to do was jump up and scream at her for feeling justified in ruining people's relationships.
Gone was the thought that Layla was a victim, and now Anna was even more determined than ever to ruin her and Henry.
Anna regretted ever thinking Layla was a victim.
"He-he. It's not my fault if her boyfriend no longer loves her," Layla chuckled as she spoke. By then, Anna felt she had heard enough.

She picked up her phone and placed it against her ear, pretending to have suddenly gotten a call, one she got up to pick outside the hair salon.
Anna stood outside for a while, holding back the urge to cry.
She wondered if all she was doing was worth it or if leaving them alone wasn't the best thing to do.
"They both deserve each other," Anna sniffed, making sure that although she was crying inside, no drop fell out of her eyes.

At that moment, she again contemplated leaving.
Should I go home? Pack all my things and leave before Henry comes back? Move somewhere else and forget about them? she thought.
But the more she recalled how Henry had tossed her away without any warning and how he planned to leave with everything they had, the angrier Anna felt.
"I can't just leave like that."
At the very least, I have to make them pay.

With fierce determination, Anna strode back into the salon with a confident smile.
She even went as far as to contribute a little to their conversation.
From then on, Anna had no intention of slipping up at any point until she accomplished her goal.
The day ended, and Anna was able to get Layla's number in a way that would allow Anna to send messages to her without Layla being suspicious.
Yet, even though Anna had her number, she didn't reach out to call or meet her until two days later when there were only five days left before the plane tickets were due.

This time around, Anna showed up at Layla's favorite restaurant.
"I didn't know you enjoyed coming here, too. I come here pretty often," Anna said, boasting about a place she had never been to in her entire life.
"I like it because of how exclusive it is. You're here alone? What about your boyfriend?" Layla asked.
"He's busy. His work is time-consuming," Anna said as she sat down at her table after being invited to.
"What about you? What about your guy?" Anna curiously asked.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pixabay
She couldn't help but wonder if Henry was as busy as he always seemed.
"We've already met today. No matter how busy he is, there's no way he won't make time for me," Layla responded with pride.
Anna felt pretty bad but somehow managed not to show it. Instead, she smiled and tried to seem genuinely happy for Layla.
The dishes they ordered were brought over to their table, and as they ate, Anna brought up one of the main parts of her revenge plan.
It was to get Layla alone to her massage parlor, where she would make her regret ever going after Henry.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Unsplash
"Did I mention that I'm a massage therapist? You should come by sometime. For your first time, I'll even give you a discount," Anna urged her, showing her pictures of the massage parlor.
There was no one she knew who didn't like getting massages, which was why she was stunned to hear Layla unexpectedly say no.
Anna couldn't even hide her shock.
"If I recall properly, I've had a massage session there and didn't like it. I have sensitive skin," she replied, and at that very second, Anna recalled a vague memory of Layla being her client once only to quit before she even started.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
Anna would have liked to nag more but knew they weren't close enough for her to do so.
Instead, when she got home, she began to send beautiful flyers of the massage parlor and the benefits she could get from it.
She even sent videos to show her how relaxing and pleasant receiving massages could be.
Regardless, she kept on getting the same response.
The last thing Layla was interested in was a massage.

Meanwhile, Henry kept on going out every day as usual. Anna also kept checking his suitcase, shocked to notice that he had already started packing up for his trip.
The next day, Layla didn't post any places she was going to, even the day after.
There were only three days left until Henry and Layla traveled. Unable to initiate her plans, Anna began to panic.
Anna spent money, bought expensive chains, and sent some of them to Layla, doing everything she could to catch her interest.
There were only two days left, and Anna, not seeing any way of dragging Layla to her massage parlor, began to think of sabotaging the trip.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Unsplash
"I could steal the plane tickets," she wondered aloud to herself, pacing around the bedroom when she suddenly heard a notification sound on her phone.
She checked and was shocked to see Layla suddenly agree to her proposal.
"I'm going on a trip soon, so I could try your massage. I only have a few minutes to spare, though."
Anna couldn't stop the evil smile that spread across her face as she stared at the message she received from Layla.
Quickly, she typed a response with a smiling emoji right beside it.

"I promise you won't regret this," Anna sent a message back, knowing fully well that she had every intention of ensuring that she regretted every bit of it.
Throughout the rest of the day, Anna was in a good mood as she began to work on other aspects of the plan.
After confirming and nudging Layla to choose the appointment sometime in the evening of the next day, she booked a VIP room at the massage parlor.
Anna also made sure to get expensive restaurant tickets for her coworkers. One that would ensure they would be far away when it was time for Layla's appointment.
The last thing she wanted was for anyone to interrupt their session somehow.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
The day before the one written on the ticket, Anna got everything she needed ready.
The tickets had already been sent to her co-workers, one that would ensure they would leave right after their work shift was over.
Before she left home, she even doted on Henry before he left home for work.
The second he was out the door, she also got ready.
Anna ensured the black bottles she had ordered online were in perfect condition before heading out for her last day of work.

Her day went smoothly, and she attended to the clients who had previously booked a session with her.
Everyone could see that Anna was in a cheerful mood.
"You've been humming under your breath since you came in today," Emily, one of her co-workers, mentioned with a curious look in her eyes.
"Not only that, the tickets she gave us must be expensive, and Anna even volunteered to close for the day. Are you pregnant?" Valory, another of her co-workers, asked.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pixabay
"What? No. What made you even think that?" Anna asked while shaking her head to show that she was utterly mistaken.
"Maybe it's a new client then. You look like something good is about to happen," Valory answered, with Emily nodding in agreement beside her.
"It must be something extremely good," Emily added.
"I'm just excited. A new friend of mine just agreed to a session, that's all," Anna explained with a fixed smile on her face.
Inwardly, she felt extremely nervous, but she made sure not to show even a hint of how anxious she was.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
The only way to ensure that Layla wasn't aware that anything was wrong was to ensure that nothing about her appeared strange.
Anna continued talking with Emily and Valory throughout their break.
Afterward, she still talked with her other co-workers in their rooms until her break ended.
"Hey, Layla, are you already on your way?" Anna sent it to her as she felt her nervousness slowly increase.
She couldn't stop tapping her feet, and putting a smile on her face was getting much more challenging than before.

Her co-workers left some minutes before the end of their shift, and Anna was the only one left.
The next day was a Saturday, so she was sure that none of them were coming back, but still, Anna couldn't help but worry if Layla was coming.
Why is she taking so long? Has she changed her mind? What if she never intended to come? She anxiously wondered.
It wasn't until fifteen minutes later that she got a response from her.
"I'm already on my way," Layla replied.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
Still, Anna only felt a little relieved.
It was until she heard a knock at the main door that she finally ran out of the room to open the door she had previously locked.
Only to be shocked to see Emily at the door instead. For a second, her heart raced as she wondered why Emily was back so soon.
"Anna, you're still here?" Emily asked the second she entered after Anna opened the door for her.
"Yes. My last client is running late," Anna responded.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
"Oh, she must be a good friend of yours for you to choose to wait for this long,"
"Is there a reason why you came back?" Anna quickly asked.
She had a trace of worry on her face as she hoped and prayed that Emily didn't come back to stay.
"I forgot to pick up my charger, and you know tomorrow is the weekend," Emily explained as she walked quickly toward her massage room.
She came out a few minutes later with the charger in her hands, and Anna visibly breathed a sigh of relief.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pixabay
"I'm glad you were able to find it."
"Me too. Are you sure you don't want me to wait until your session ends? I can't imagine how bored you must be," Emily offered.
Anna didn't hesitate to reject her offer immediately.
"No, you don't have to. My friend is already on her way, and it's a full-body session. It might take a while," Anna replied.
If she could, she would have pushed Emily out the door, but she didn't, as she tried to respond normally to her questions and patiently waited for her to leave.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
Emily didn't stay, though, choosing to leave after Anna refused her company.
Anna waved to Emily as she moved to step out the door, only to be shocked to see Layla choosing that exact moment to walk right in.
Emily only greeted Layla and waved to Anna before leaving.
"I would have come earlier but had to go to the bank. We should start now. I have a trip tomorrow morning, and I still have much packing to do," Layla said.
A huge grin appeared on Anna's face as she led Layla into the service room for her massage.

Layla quickly got on the table.
Seeing this, the excitement on Anna's face couldn't be hidden, regardless of how many orders Layla tossed at her.
"Make sure only to touch my back, not my neck. I want something that smells nice, not strong. The oil should be faint, not thick. I don't want my skin to be affected."
Anna nodded and quickly got to work.
"I'll be careful. I'll use only the best for your skin," Anna replied, talking to Layla, who had her face on the table, looking straight at the ground.
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pixabay
However, instead of moving toward the shelf to pick up the bottles of oil there, she moved toward the bottles she had bought and placed on the table.
The inside of the bottles wasn't transparent, but Anna knew exactly what was in them as she put on her gloves and lightly poured the contents on Layla's back.
"Cold, is it usually like this?" Layla asked, shivering a little from the sensation at her back.
"Yes, your body will get used to it in a minute," Anna replied with a dark look. Gone was the smile that was previously there as she began to work.
Slowly, she rubbed the liquid into Layla's skin without speaking, continuing to do so for about five minutes until Layla began to show visible signs of discomfort.

"Wha-what's going on? Anna, I can't move!" she yelled. The panic in her voice was palpable.
"You can't?" Anna asked, not out of concern but to confirm it, especially since that was her goal from the beginning.
Layla only cried louder, on the verge of tears.
"Anna, help me. I can't move!" she yelled louder in fear, only to shockingly hear Anna's next words.
It was cold and the last thing Layla expected to hear from Anna.

"No one can hear you. The more you scream, the faster you'll run out of energy,"
"A-anna," Layla stuttered in shock, finding it hard to comprehend what was happening.
It didn't help that she couldn't move or see Anna's face and could only hear her words, even if her words were enough to tell her that Anna wasn't a friend.
"I need you to tell me—" Anna began to speak, only to be interrupted midway by the sound of her phone ringing.
A sly expression suddenly appeared on her face when she picked up her phone and saw the caller ID.

It was Henry.
"HELP! HELP!" Layla continued to yell, hoping that someone would hear her, but Anna simply stuffed her mouth with a piece of cloth before picking up the call.
She bent down and answered the call, making it loud enough for Layla to hear.
"Hey Henry," Anna cooed, saying his name even more sweetly than she usually did, satisfied to see the look of terror and panic that appeared on Layla's face.
"Hey, babe. I just got home, but you're not here."
For illustration purposes only. | Source: Pexels
"I have one last client. I should be home in about thirty minutes. Is there a reason you're calling?" Anna sweetly asked.
"I have to take a sudden business trip tomorrow, and I wanted us to spend more time together before then," Henry replied.
"Okay, babe, I'll be home soon," Anna said before she hung up.
Right after, Anna moved to pull the cloth she had stuffed in Layla's mouth out, not surprised to hear her begging with tears streaming down her face.
"Please don't kill me. I swear, Henry is just a fling to me. You can have him back. I'll do anything; just don't kill me," Layla cried in fear.

She couldn't move a muscle and could easily imagine how Anna could hurt her in thousands of ways.
"Money. Where's all the money he gave you?" Anna asked. She was barely done speaking when Layla quickly told her everything she wanted to know and more.
"I withdrew a million dollars. It's in the black bag in my car. My bank password is 4112. You can take the money there, but please let me go," she cried.
Tears continued to stream down her face. That was until Anna laughed and raised Layla's head by lifting her chin.
"I didn't know it was going to be this easy," Anna told her with a huge smirk, letting Layla's head fall back onto the table before walking out.

"The antidote!" Layla screamed, realizing that Anna was leaving and she was still unable to move.
"I already gave it to you. You'll be able to move in forty-eight hours. You'll live until then," Anna replied, laughing disdainfully at her before walking out.
She transferred all the money Henry sent Layla to herself and left the rest for her. She also picked up the bag of money in the car before heading home.
Anna taught Layla a lesson, and it was now Henry's turn.
Anna hid the bag full of money in her car before heading into the house.

"Anna! What took you so long?" Henry asked as he hugged her.
"It was a full body session, and the client came very late," Anna replied as she hugged him back with a merry smile.
Henry ordered food and had already eaten before she got back.
By the time she was done eating, she found him staring at his phone with a worried expression on his face.
"What's wrong?" Anna kindly asked as she moved behind him to gently massage his back, which he was grateful for.

"It's one of my business partners. The one I'll be traveling with tomorrow. I've been trying to call and also sent messages, but he's not replying," Henry replied.
Before Anna could say anything, she watched him close his phone and pick up his game console instead.
"I guess I'll wait until tomorrow morning before calling again," Henry said with a light shrug, moving his attention to the game screen before him.
Anna continued to massage his back quietly, watching him play his game before she finally opened her mouth to speak.
"Henry, do you love me?" Anna suddenly asked with a sad expression on her face, one that Henry couldn't see.

Instead of replying immediately, she heard him chuckle before he finally replied.
"Of course I love you.
"I love you, Anna, more than anything in this world," he continued.
"Are you still going on that trip tomorrow?" Anna asked, her hands on his neck tighter just a little more as she heard him reply.
"Of course. This trip is essential for my business."

At that point, Anna finally realized that he was irredeemable and brought out a Taser from her pocket and used it on him.
He had a baffled and astonished look on his face as he fell to the ground, squirming like a worm.
Right after, Anna knocked him out.
With the many years she had spent with him, figuring out his password was easy.
It was Layla's name.

Anna cashed out all the money in his account, not leaving a single cent.
She flew to another country, using the money to start a new life.
A year later...
Anna, lying down on an exclusive beach house, sipped slowly from the red wine in her glass.
She was enjoying the warm and gentle rays of the sun against her bare skin when she heard someone speak from beside her.

It was a waiter holding a tray in his hands.
"Ma'am. A message for you," the waiter said, handing it to her before leaving.
A curious look appeared on her face as she popped it open, only to see nothing but rose petals inside it.
"Charles is a better man than he'll ever be," Anna whispered to herself with a happy smile, raising her hand to wave at the new man in her life walking towards her with a smile.
