‘Humiliated’ Will Smith Reportedly Wants Divorce from Jada Pinkett Smith: ‘There’s $400M on the Line’
Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith were one of the most beloved celeb couples. However, recent revelations by Jada proved that what the public saw was not their reality. Now, Will is reportedly looking to take action.
Jada has recently released a memoir called "Worth," in which she details her life with Will and their children. Additionally, in a recent interview, she revealed that she and Will have not been a couple for several years despite staying married.
What Did Will Do After Jada's Revelation?
In Jada's memoir, she says that she and Will have not been a couple for seven years and no longer live together. However, the pair have stayed married and do things with their children as a family often.
In public, the couple has shown a united front despite her revelation, with Will saying he loved her unconditionally and that she was his best friend. However, reports say this is different from how Will feels.
After saying that he would love and support Jada for the rest of his life, people close to Will said he was "humiliated" by Jada's actions. The source revealed:
"Jada did not have his approval to rip the lid off their private life like she did, but went ahead regardless – and it's left him feeling more emasculated than ever."
While Will may be considering divorce, the source says it's not something he's rushing into because of the couple's combined fortune, which they amassed with no prenuptial agreement. The source shared: "He knows he needs to be strategic as there's $400m on the line. But he's hurt and angry, and this is the final straw."
The source said that a part of Will still loves Jada, but he cannot continue to be married to her. As such, Will reportedly wants to end the relationship and the story they've been telling the world over the last seven years.
