The wrestling icon's wife has shared new details about his posthumous wishes, explaining a deeply personal plan rooted in faith and love.

Sky Hogan has revealed how the family plans to carry out Hulk Hogan's final wishes following his death on July 24, 2025. She shared that his choice reflected his beliefs in what comes after this life, explained how they recently celebrated him, and called out the misleading reports since his passing.

In an Instagram post from August 6, Hulk's widow uploaded a video memorial about the wrestling legend made by their church's pastor. In the caption, she wrote that her late husband had chosen to be cremated because he knew that "this physical life is temporary and his heavenly body eternal."

"He has not yet been cremated, as our family is making sure every question about his medical care is answered first. Once we have that peace of mind, we will honor his wish and fulfill it with love and respect," she clarified.

Additionally, Sky expressed that she'd attended a celebration of life ceremony the previous day. It was held at the church where they got married and were baptized alongside their close family and friends.

"The church was filled with stories… some that brought tears, others that made us laugh through those tears… and with every memory shared, you could feel the love that surrounded him," she added, noting that the entire service reflected Hulk's faith.

The grieving widow ended her caption by criticizing what she called "misleading media stories," claiming they were reported without knowledge of what was happening privately.

She asked for patience from the public and assured them that her husband was cherished and looked after throughout his life, and that he was surrounded by that love until the end.

The tributes that have followed Hulk's passing, first reported by TMZ, truly reflect the love Sky described. For instance, on July 25, the WWE paid tribute to the wrestling legend during their "SmackDown" broadcast, which took place at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Ohio.

Furthermore, his son Nick Hogan and Nick's wife, Tana Lea, attended "Monday Night RAW" at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, on July 28, where several WWE stars gathered to honor Hulk.

On July 31, Nick took to Instagram to share paperwork announcing that August 1 had been officially declared "Hulk Hogan Day" in Florida. In the caption, he explained, "My dad was a true Floridian and loved his home state," and gave thanks to Governor Ron DeSantis for the honor.

Sky also posted a message on Instagram, thanking the governor and asking followers to send photos of flags flying at half-mast. She stated that she found great comfort in the tributes, condolences, and memories that people had shared so far.

A few days later, on August 5, Brooke uploaded a carousel of pictures with her husband, Steven Olesky, and their children, enjoying some time at the beach.

In the caption, she wrote that Hulk had never liked funerals. Despite being grateful for the tributes and events in his honor, she decided to do something private.

Brooke also expressed that the only missing element that day was her dad sitting in his chair, watching the waves and the sun going down on the horizon. Going to the beach, with its salty water her father loved so much, was the best way her family knew to honor him.

Additionally, she revealed that her daughter, Molly, had a strong love for the water, suggesting that she might one day become "a little fish," a nickname Hulk Hogan had once given her.
