Thuso Mbedu's husband has been such an area of interest amongst her fans that the actress took to social media to set the record straight about her marital status.
Thuso Mbedu is an actress on the rise who has seen fans take an interest in her life away from the cameras, particularly her love life. While the "The Woman King" admitted to often having crushes, she has yet to find a husband.
However, the actress left social media users convinced she and actor John Boyega should be more than just co-stars, with one user urging the South African to marry the Brit.

Does Thuso Mbedu Have a Husband?
In November 2022, Mbedu turned to Twitter and shared, "Seeing as people like to tweet with their chests Yes, I'm 31 No, I'm not married No, I don't have children that have come from my uterus, but my nieces call me "mam'ncane" (younger mother) because that's how we do it in the Zulu culture & I love them like their mine. As you were (sic)."
Her confirmation about her marital status came after fans gushed about the beautiful couple she and fellow "The Woman King" — co-starring Viola Davis and Lashana Lynch — star John Boyega would make. In September 2022, Mbedu took to Instagram to share two snaps of the actors, and one user commented, "You two would make a beautiful couple."
During an interview, Mbedu revealed she was looking to follow in the success of "The Woman King" with a new film, unlike anything she's done before.
Another fan shared the same sentiment, typing, "Y'all would make a wonderful black couple." A third fan shared, "This would be a power couple!!" and a fourth typed, "You guys look like a great match."
"What's going on between you 2?" another person asked in the comments section, and another typed, "We about it." Another wrote, "I hope yall are a couple," with a seventh commenting, "Y'all look hella cute." An eight fan joined the conversation, sharing, "All this beauty in one photo. Love it." A ninth person humorously typed, "Marry him Thuso."

Thuso Mbedu's Friends Know Her for Having a Lot of Crushes
During an interview in 2021, Mbedu revealed to those laughing around her that her friends often rolled their eyes whenever she said she had a crush, as the actress admitted to having a new crush every week. The actress humorously added:
"If we're having real talk, who did not crush on Mr. Denzel Washington? Everything: his presence, his charisma. I have not met him ... yet. I believe it's only a matter of time."

Thuso Mbedu Penned a Humorous Tweet to Her Future Husband
While Mbedu may not have a husband yet, in 2019, she proved she had her future husband on her mind as she jokingly typed a tweet to him that read, "Dear Future Husband, We need to afford a personal chef. Because... Wow. (sic)."
However, as for now, Mbedu is laser-focused on her career. She had amassed over two million followers on Instagram at the time of writing and often shared glimpses of her professional life on her page.
During an interview, Mbedu revealed she was looking to follow in the success of "The Woman King" with a new film, unlike anything she's done before. Mbedu admitted that while Hollywood was still a "battle" for Black women, there was still so much the actress wanted to achieve.
