Mom Beyoncé Criticized for Revealing Dress on an Outing with 11-Year-Old Daughter: 'How Embarrassing'
Award-winning artist Beyonce walked the "Renaissance" London film premiere with her daughter, Blue Ivy, in matching ensembles. However, fans were quick to criticize the mom for her choice of clothing.
Renowned for her powerful voice and empowering anthems, Beyonce is just as impressive of a mother as she is a singer. The hands-on mom recently took her 11-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, with her to the "Renaissance" film premiere in London.
Blue Ivy matched her mom's outfit in a black off-shoulder Versace dress and sunglasses, while Beyonce donned an all-black ensemble with a front slit so high it showed her undergarment embellished with a gold design.

While the "Love on Top" songstress looked radiant in her sparkling plunging neckline high-low dress, fans thought her choice of wardrobe was not fit for the company she had.
In a short video posted online of the mother-daughter duo, fans shared their thoughts about Beyonce's dress, calling it an "unclassy outfit." One Instagram user said, "Really, Mom, showing her...," while another wrote:
"And her mum flashing her knickers… how embarrassing."

However, some fans defended the award-winning singer, claiming that Beyonce dressed the same way during her concerts, so it was nothing new for her to wear revealing clothing.
Despite what onlookers may say, Beyonce's choice of wardrobe does not affect her role as a mom. Blue Ivy's grandmother, Tina Knowles, shared a clip of the mother and daughter from the event, focusing on a short conversation between the two.

In the video, the "Put a Ring On It" artist rubbed her daughter's shoulders while asking if Blue Ivy was feeling cold. After the pre-teen replied yes, Beyonce asked photographers to stop taking photos so she could get her daughter a jacket.
Besides the movie premiere, Blue Ivy plays a special role in the production itself. The young performer makes a cameo, showing her first dancing stints up until her stage performance in Paris. Beyonce's six-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, also make a rare appearance in her movie's trailer.
